About this property

Our home at 157 West Flamingo Circle is just a two-block walk from the access path to Marco Island's beautiful Crescent beach and the JW Marriott resort. Updated through out, you will find all you need here for a relaxing and comfortable time in paradise! Our home features a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and a large center island, perfect for food preparation and gathering. All appliances are stainless steel, including a range hood and drawer microwave. We have an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings that includes the kitchen, dining area, living room and conversation/reading area.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, attached bath and direct access to the lanai. The Master bath is huge with a double vanity, marble counter top, a separate marble tile shower, freestanding soaker tub and closet. The guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house and share a bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combination. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two full size beds, making this typical “twin” room more comfortable. All three bedrooms have new plush mattresses and linens. The master and Queen bedroom have TVs.

We have also added an outdoor shower in 2022. Great for rinsing off after a day at the beach or as an extra shower for your family.

The glass sliders from the living room and kitchen open up to the screened lanai with heated pool, lounge chairs, conversation set and an eating area that seats 8. New plantings, lighting and fencing create a private oasis in the outdoor space, with up lighting for added ambiance in the evening. For those with young children, we have a safety net that can be used to separate the pool from the lanai so that you can enjoy the open space with added security. The outside deck provides more lounge chairs and a Weber Grill. This area also had added lighting to make nighttime grilling safe and easy!

We have free high-speed wireless internet and all televisions are new flat screen HDTV’s. With tile floors throughout, and a no pet and no smoking policy, we strive to keep our home low allergen.

The garage has also been painted and the floor sealed. Here you will find two beach carts, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, 5 bicycles, bike helmets and a lock all for your use and enjoyment.

Our home is equipped with a Ring doorbell and camera for the driveway. This is not monitored, but is used when the home is empty should security or Marco code enforcement issues come up.

Beautiful home.

We have vacationed in South Florida many times and this property was very high on our list of all-time favourites, it was exceptionally clean, well equipped and close to a wonderful beach and amenities, I would find it very hard to find fault, easily 5 stars.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a great stay at Thanksgiving. The kitchen was great for cooking and had everything we needed. The floor plan was a great setup. We enjoyed eating dinner by the pool. It was a perfect getaway.

All the comforts of home

This property met our expectations. The location in proximity to the beach shops and restaurants was perfect. The swimming pool was just the place to relax by at the end of a beach day . The kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor shower was very well thought out . Lots of games, great TV in living room . Plenty of beach equipment in the garage. Kathy was very responsive.Will definitely book again in future.

Unforgettable Stay Near The Beach at Marco Island

We have stayed several times at this property and it truly feels like a home away from home. The property itself is nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail and the care put into every aspect of the house is evident. The interior design is tastefully done, combining modern amenities with a cozy beach house atmosphere. The furnishings were comfortable, and every room exuded a sense of warmth and relaxation. The highlight, without a doubt, is the proximity to the beach. Minutes away from our front door, we found ourselves strolling along pristine white sands, soaking up the Florida sunshine, and listening to the soothing sound of crashing waves. One aspect that stood out during our stay was the exceptional customer service provided by the owners. From the initial booking process to the moment we departed, they were always available and attentive to our needs. In summary, our experience exceeded all expectations. The location, minutes away from the beach, the beautiful property and the outstanding customer service combined to create an unforgettable vacation. We live outside of Boston and have been vacationing on Marco Island with our family for over 25 years. Now that our children are older we will have more time to spend on Marco and will open our home to others when we are not here.

Why they chose this property

While on Marco, we always vacationed at the Marriott and loved every one of our times there. In 2015 we were traveling with our children and their boyfriends and girlfriends, needing more space we rented a home near the Marriott so we could still enjoy the beach and amenities that we loved. It was such a pleasure to stay in a home that we decided to look at properties and found 157 West Flamingo. We loved the fact that we could still walk to our favorite beach next to the Marriott, as well as manyrestaurants. We are so happy we decided to purchase our own piece of paradise and look forward to spending many more years here with our family and friends.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location was what initially drew us to our home. Being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops was important to us. We love that we can still enjoy te Marriott amenities, and restaurants, both from the beach or a walk from home. The open floor plan is perfect and the outdoor space so relaxing!
