Bella View resort is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in a gated neighborhood just minutes from Tucson National Golf Courses.

Spectacular Catalina Mountain views accent the high desert vistas allowing you to enjoy your vacation stay in one of Tucson’s best areas.

You will enjoy the private backyard with pool (heating available), a spa that is always hot and ready to use, lounge chairs by the pool, new gas BBQ, and a covered patio with a dining table and seating for six. The wrought iron fence provides open views to the adjacent natural desert landscape. The feel of wide open spaces will accent your vacation and make some memorable moments for you to cherish for a long time to come.

The main living space is a great room floorplan, with open spaces and high ceilings. There is a 65 inch 4K smart TV and PS4 in the living space for gaming and entertainment options. The master bedroom comes with a California King bed, 50 inch 4K smart TV, large walk in closet, and a view of the pool, desert, and mountains. The master bath has dual vanities, shower, and soaking tub. The second bedroom has a California King, and a 50 inch 4K smart TV. Third bedroom has Twin beds that can be converted to a King.

The property has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your use, and is also fully stocked with towels, pool toys and floating devices to enjoy your stay.

The property has an Amazon Alexa inside that can be unplugged if you prefer.

There is an exterior security camera on the front of the home used for security purposes only. The camera is not turned on when the house is rented/ occupied.

Great property in a great location

My wife and I stayed for two weeks in early January. The house is very well designed, immaculately presented and very comfortable. The rooms are impressively spacious with high ceilings and decorated with quality and style in mind. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and it even had a whistling kettle, a real bonus for us Brits! The house lies in a gated community which felt safe and secure at all times. There is an excellent back yard with swimming pool, hot tub, good quality outside furniture and a superb barbecue, although cool weather during our stay meant we could not make as much use of these as we would have liked. It was our bad luck that the large refrigerator in the kitchen was having issues so we had no access to ice or chilled water during our stay. The house is located in a good part of Tucson for accessing state and national parks, with plenty of good shopping facilities a short drive away. All in all we had a great stay and we would not hesitate to recommend the house to other visitors and would love to stay again some time.

Perfect spot for a family

Terrific spacious home with pool and hot tub. Two young grandchildren (4 and 2) really enjoyed the pool- we had it heated. Great view of the mountains, very private , good outdoor space for meals and bbq. Well equipped kitchen and a terrific primary bedroom with big windows that you can overlook the pool area and the stars. A putting green also for our entertainment, we were careful to keep the children away from the cactus. Comfortable spacious living room, pack and play, booster chair provided, plenty of pool toys, beds were comfortable. We all had a great time.

Grannies Gone Wild do Tucson!

During a recent SW road trip of 1800 miles, we four 77-yr-old grannies enjoyed a chilly, rainy week at the beautiful, clean, nicely located Bella View Resort. We did not pay for pool heat this week, and were disappointed that the hot tub jets weren't working (thus the 4-stars for accuracy), but Todd gave us a generous credit to compensate. Our beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had every amenity one could want along with many staples for our use. Two good tables for meals and/or games. Loved telling Alexa to play 60s music!! We would absolutely stay again if a visit to Tucson was in our plans.

Comfortable and quiet

The house would have been perfect for my mom and friends even though she couldn't make it. It has separate spaces for everyone to do their thing! The property has a relaxing vacation vibe.
