Maravilhosa!

Super recomendo,apartamento super limpo e confortável,fogão e máquina de lavar roupa novinhos. Marilene a proprietária super prestativa e amei como me orientou com tudo nos mínimos detalhes. Seu Evaldo o zelador do condomínio simplesmente uma simpatia e sua esposa um amor. Todo o conjunto fez das nossas férias simplesmente inesquecível. Se formos a Porto Seguro novamente certamente é nesse apartamento que ficaremos. Obrigada por tudo.

Excelente!

O apartamento é exatamente como mostram as fotos, acrescentando-se máquina de lavar e fogão novos. Fica numa excelente localização: próximo a posto de gasolina, supermercado, pizzaria e a poucos metros da praia. A Marilene, atenciosa e solícita, nos passou todas as informações sempre que tínhamos dúvidas. O caseiro Evaldo também foi muito prestativo nos orientando e apresentando o apartamento. Obrigada pela cordialidade e esperamos voltar mais vezes!

EXCELENTE

Tudo como imaginávamos, apartamento aconchegante e com uma excelente localização. Ambiente tranquilo e seguro e tudo mobiliado como nas fotos sem contar que a hospitalidade dos responsáveis e proprietários é muito amigável. Próximo das barracas mais famosas da Praia, nem precisa ir de carro até a Praia de Taperapuam. Só temos que agradecer e até a próxima. Att.; Geordano

Superou as minhas expectativas.

Gostaríamos de agradecer o excelente tratamento que tivemos durante as negociações, hospedagem e pós hospedagem. A D. Marilene foi muito cordial e solícita do início até o final, o Sr Evaldo (quem nos recepcionou) muito atencioso e preocupado em nos orientar da melhor maneira. O apartamento possui ótimas acomodações e excelente localização, perto da praia, quiosques, mercado, farmácia e posto de gasolina onde tem caixas de saque 24h. É exatamente da forma que a proprietária descreve no anúncio. Voltei para casa somente com aspectos positivos a relatar do apartamento e de Porto Seguro, classifico com nota 10 essa experiência. Minha família e Eu adoramos tanto, que já estamos pensando em voltar nas férias de 2018. Como sugestão de melhoria, consulto a possibilidade da aquisição de uma máquina de lavar, aí seria nota 12.
