In summer the entrance day must be on saturday.

You can visit our vineyard and eat our grape as soon as it is sweet.

It's a NEW and exclusive house, with wonderful views to the mountain and all the traditional trees and a typical Spanish building. The best of Nature close to the sea. You won´t find a peaceful place so near the beach.

A nice 'riu rau' to eat 'al fresco'.

We have a barbecue and a typical oven. You can make your barbecues and cook a 'paella'.

Recently completed, the furnishings and fittings are of the highest standard with leather sofas at the dinning and living room.A luxury, big and modern kitchen. Cause to the building normally It´s no necessary air condition or heating. It´s cold in summer and hot in winter.

For children is wonderful as they have a lot of space to play and a children park with Swing ,Slide, house of wood.

Pets not allowed, private parking for lots of cars.

Arrival or departure time to the villa from 22:30 to 7:00 could have fees, check with us.

Additional information about rental rates

•rental prices include electricity, water, heating, bedding and bed linen, towels (except pool/beach towels) and all the normally required crockery/pans/glasses/cutlery etc for dining and for the kitchen.

• we pay for the pool and garden to be maintained weekly.

•mid-week changeovers are possible (so that you can take advantage of cheaper flights) - even if they cross price-bands. We will meet you and give you the keys.

•weekend and long-term lets available and negotiable - call or e-mail for a quote.

• security deposit of 800 euros, paid by bank and refunded to you at the end of your stay

Spanish gastronomy: spanish gastronomy:

The rice constitutes one of the great chapters in the culinary history of this region. You can cook it in more than 300 different manner of ways and styles:

- arroz a la marinera (fisherman's rice)

- arroz al horno (oven-baked rice)

- arroz amb fesols i naps (with beans and turnips)

- arroz con costra (topped with a 'crust' of omelette)

Other variations allow for the rice to be flavoured with squid (calamar) and tunny fish, chicken and fillet of pork, baby squid (chipirones) and garlic shoots, or tunny fish and shrimps (gambas).

At the seaside, shellfish and salt-dried fish are on the menus of every restaurant. The day's choice might include gilthead (dorada), bass baked in salt (lubina a la sal), seafood with a squeeze of lemon, or some delicious sea-fresh red mullet (salmonete) and whiting (pescadilla).

In the mountain areas, rice forms an integral part of the olleta,a typical dish in which it is mixed with pork, sausage meats, pumpkin, turnip, chard stalk

How cook a 'paella': a rice dish for six persons:

600 g rice.

480 g rabbit.

600 g chicken.

24 snails.

180 g grated tomato.

180 g 'garrofó' (special beans for paella).

180 g 'judias' (normal white beans).

6 tbsps olive oil.

A few strands of saffron.

1 tbsp sweet red pepper.

Salt and yellow colouring for paella.

200 g ferraura (green beans for paella).

Place the paella over the heat with olive oil and some salt, when it is hot add the chicken and rabbit frying them over a low heat until gold brown. Add all the beans, fry a little longer and add the tomato. When these has been fried, add the sweet pepper and the water very fast (2.5 - 3 l). At boiling point add the snails, cleaned and boiled previously, saffron, colouring and a pinch of salt. After boiling for 15 minutes, the rice will be distributed evenly, after that it will be cooked for 6 minutes over fast heat and over a low heat for the rest of the time until it is done.

We are a family with 2 children. We built the house in our parents land. We love this land. My parent used to be a farmer, and we grow in it, between vineyards, trees running and playing all our summer holidays around there.

We thought it was the best place to built a house where our children can grow in peace, freadom and nature around.

We will come again to the villa

We just sat and read all day, it was so quiet and peaceful. Wandered down to town each evening around 8pm for a meal and wandered back all very casual and delightful. Lots of good restaurants. Nice to see that the descriptions on the website are accurate and the walking times to beaches and the town spot-on.

The villa had everything we needed to make the holiday a memorable one. The children were playing all day while we all sat round that lovely table under the Almond tree and had really good family time together. The Finca is really perfect for a family gathering which is what I know you use it for. We will be back.

Great Villa in a great location

We have just returned from 2 wonderful weeks at the villa. Plenty of room for two families, great facilities, brilliant pool with beautiful views. We found the villa to have the perfect balance of privacy yet still very accessible and close to amenities when wanted. We would love to return next year. Only thing to note is that we did find it very hot for sleeping at night.

The Nicholsons

We had a fabulous week in the villa. The Villa was spacious, clean, well maintained and well equipped. The pool was fabulous and we enjoyed lazy days swimming in the pool and eating on the veranda. Nothing was too much trouble for Alicia and her lovely husband. We were met on arrival and had a contact number during our stay. Would highly recommend this villa if you want a peaceful holiday with friends and family. It is far enough away to be private but close enough to drive into Calpe for the beach, supermarkets and restaurants (10 minutes by car).

A great relaxing holiday in a perfect quiet location.

We had a brilliant time just chilling around the pool and relaxing in the evening with excellent BBC facilities.

Villa had everything to offer from excellent pool and outside facilities to a well equipped kitchen and living area. So much space for 2 families, clean, fresh and modern.

It has a children park which is excellent for kids, very handy by car to town centre but and quiet and private for family use.

Relaxing stay

Lovely place fabulous views some of the photos need updating did not look as if the placed had been cleaned so did it myself, Wifi hit and miss we had 3 days no connection. We still had a great time but must stress if you can drive a car is a must for getting out & about unless you pay for Taxi's

Stunning villa, very private.

This villa is truly stunning. We were so pleased to of chosen Alicia property for our family holiday. We visit Calpe most summers and we were not disappointed - I would certainly go back.We were 5 adults and 3 children staying here, plenty of room for all of us. The space outside is fantastic for all ( lots of sun and shade) views to die for. The pool is well looked after and in the summer you will spend a lot of time in here. The only thing I would recommend is a gas BBQ. Inside the property is lovely , big kitchen , plenty of bathrooms - the only thing we found it needed was some fans ( as no air con) . Mine and the kids bedrooms were downstairs and it was very hot at bed time. Family who stayed in the upstairs bedrooms also said it could do with a ceiling fan. The location on the villa is a fair distance from Calpe town and there are no shops you can walk to so a car is necessary but it takes only 5 mins to drive in .We booked meals out every night in Calpe and either drove or got taxi's. Overall fantastic holiday house and id of booked for Summer 17 if we hadnt of booked Florida!! Hopefully we will,be back again 2018.

The villa is between calpe and benissa. Excellent access from the main road.

The jalon valley vineyards & the interesting town of benissa are easily reached. Altea,javea and denia are within 10-20 minutes drive. Denia has a port where ferry’s can take you to formentera,ibiza and majorca.

Calpe : you can buy every saturday morning on the market: fruits, vegetables, flowers, dresses, all at the best price. Five minutes driving to beaches, where you will find numerous shops, bars and restaurants. 'la fossa beach' in calpe is one of the 3 best and large sandy beach of costa blanca, also we have several quieter beaches, a fishing port and an old marina .
