About this property

Newer lakefront home on the Cayuga Wine Trail, centrally located between Syracuse, Rochester and Ithaca. We are located on the west shore with an amazing sunrise each morning.

The home (built in 2013) comfortably sleeps 8-10 in beds, plus a queen futon. There are 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs - queen bed & 2 upstairs - queen/king) and a 3-season loft that has 2 full beds, each with a twin trundle.
There are 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs; 1 downstairs), each with shower, and a full laundry room. Home is full stocked with sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels.

Inside, you'll find a fully outfitted large kitchen, and plenty of eating space at the bar, in the dining area, or on the 3-season porch. Living room has a gas fireplace, TV, and great view of the lake.

Outside, there's a large deck with grill and seating, 50 feet of lake frontage, and brand-new dock to tether your boat or lake toys. To enjoy the lake, you'll find 2 kayaks, multiple fishing poles, and rafts for floating. There's plenty of lawn furniture if you want to enjoy view. And finally, a wood-burning fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs completes the experience.

The home is 2,100 square feet, with an open design that takes advantage of the upstairs & downstairs lake views. Central heat & air-conditioning allow for year-round use.

Come experience the Finger Lakes - the wineries, the boating, the views. If you enjoy shopping - the Prime Outlets are just a few minutes away to the north and if you're visiting Cornell or Ithaca College - travel to Ithaca is approximately 45 minutes to the south. Hobart & William Smith College is 20 minutes to the west. And brand new to the area - del Lago Casino - just a few minutes to the north.

Wonderful place to get away

We have stayed here several times and always impressed with the condition of the house. House is spotless and well maintained and in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. There are a few good wineries a short drive away. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots, pans, and utensils which makes eating in a breeze. There is even a gas grill if steaks are on your menu or so dogs and burgers. Lori is always responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back again! Thanks for everything!

Love life at the lake (house)

We had another amazing week at this house. Wonderful space and amenities! All centered around guests having a great time! House was super clean and has everything you can imagine. Just bring some food and clothes and you are set to go. Close to great wineries, some shopping, restaurants and of course right on the lake in a quiet neighborhood! We will be back!!

Wonderful House great location

Third time in the tragicomic for a family vacation with cousins . Close to all the wineries on Lake Cayauga . Also close to the the town of Seneca Falls. Swimming off the dock and Kayaking the lake was relaxing. I would say Lori by far has been the best host we have had. The book she provided with a list of all the local wineries and restaurants was awesome. We called it the ( Good Book ) as it had more information than anyone will ever use . Sadly we are not returning to the finger lakes next year otherwise I would book it again.

Great Lakehouse

We had a great week on the lake. House is beautiful and owner provides lots of extras (floats, kayaks, fishing poles). Nice dock and swimming area. If you have a question about the house or the area I can pretty much guarantee the answer is in the most thorough “welcome packet” I’ve ever seen from any rental (a 26 page color PDF). :)

Everything and a lake!

The owners have thought of everything to make your stay great! This was our second stay and we just love the house. Lots of room for friends and family to gather in the sunroom or on the deck. The fireplace was perfect for taking the chill off in the evenings while we sipped our wine of the day! Close to wine and brew tasting and some shopping if you like but we love the lake and spent our days fishing. The dock had plenty of room for boats to dock too! Very clean and well taken care of property! We will be back! Thanks for sharing your beautiful lake house!
