The Cabin Studio is nestled is among Pine Trees in the historic village of Pine Hill. The building is behind the Main Street of of Pine Hill so you are you have the privacy of set apart property but you can walk to the restaurants and music. There is a small patio to relax in the summer and skiing in the winter. Accessible by bus. Just minutes to Belleayre mountain and Belleayre beach.

The building as fully exposed brick, hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings. There is a nicely appointed kitchen to make a meal. There are heated mattress pads to keep you toasty in the winter and a ceiling fan to cool in the summer. There is WiFi .

This is a cabin, in a village, in a mountainous part of the world. It is a wonderful place to enjoy nature.

Just What We Needed

Great place for some time away. Clean and well furnished for 2 people. Everything you need is there. At night it was super quiet. Nice part of the Catskills to use as a homebase and explore the area.

A beautiful quaint get-away.

The "cabin" is larger than it looks in photos. Perfect for two people who want to get away from the city without going full-on camping. The surrounding towns have kayaking and nature trails and hikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay

This place has it all! Hot water on demand, stove, microwave, refrigerator. We stayed here for 7 days and absolutely fell in love with this place and Pine Hill. This place is very clean and up to date. There are plates and cookwear provided . Electric baseboard heat was great for chilly nights. We loved this place so much we want to live there! Great host. Ide love to stay again.

Perfect cabin for a couple or small family

Quaint cabin with everything you need for a short getaway. We stayed for a weekend to ski at Belleayre and this was a fantastic location, just 5 min away. My son loved the electric fireplace and rocking chair, perfect spot to unwind with a book after spending the day on the mountain. Bed and pullout sofa are comfortable and the host was very responsive to any of our questions.

I am retired. I have been coming to this area of the Catskills for my whole life. I love the great outdoors. I ski, play tennis, hike and garden. I believe being in the mountains is good for your mental and spiritual health.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because it is cute and generally maintenance free. We converted it to a residence although started its life as an AT&T phone company building. That is probably why it is so well built. The brick is three levels thick!

What makes this property unique

This property is located right in the Village of Pine Hill but is set apart from the Main Street on a knoll. You have all the benefits of Village life, walking to restaurants and music but, at the same time, are surrounded by trees.
