Set in beautiful secure tropical gardens 2 swimming pools close to beach, secure

Perfect location to enjoy all Marbella and Andalucia have to offer. The apartment is in the Exclusive Puente Romano Estate with 2 double bedrooms (the master bedroom opens onto a private terrace) and 2 en suite bathrooms a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & large fridge freezer, in addition there is a large living dining room opening through double French doors onto a large terrace overlooking the tropical gardens and 2 swimming pools. We offer the property with a daily maid service (Monday to Friday) The property is gated and benefits from a concierge and 24hr security. This is the perfect spot to laze around the pool or take account of the many facilities of the World famous Puente Romano Hotel the Marbella club is a pleasant 10min stroll along the beach. For a short break or a month long vacation this apartment is comfortable well furnished with marble floors through out and air conditioning. The terrace has a large table and seating for Al fresco living.

We offer a daily Monday to Friday hours maid service extra time may be booked directly with the maid. The property is an apartment in a develop of low rise ( three story) apartments built in the charming Andalucian style around the gardens and pools we have had elderly guests who find the access from the parking area in front of the apartment to the apartment easy (three steps up) access to the pool is via 1 flight of stairs but certainly we would be happy to discuss this prior to any booking Puente Romano Hotel has a world famous Tennis club which non members can play at for a fee as well as a spa and gymnasium all available by separate and direct dealings with these facilities.

We spend a wonderful three weeks in this apartment...the Puento Romano is a stunning location....above all Robert was charming and an utter gentleman to deal with.....we were completely spoiled by Pilar who lookedafter the apartment each day.....we have no hesitation in recommending this property

This really is HomeAway

Spent a nine night day stay at this very comfortable apartment early July 2012, everything is as advertised, good quality bed linen and towels, plenty of English tv channels, kitchen well appointed and everywhere very clean and well maintained. Fase 11 is like a sanctuary once you enter through the garden gate, wonderful mature tropical gardens and two well maintained and policed pools, minutes from the impressive Paseo and beaches. Famous Puente Romano hotel and Marbella Club on the doorstep which is handy for meals or people watching in the bars.You do not really need a car as there is Bus stop adjacent for trips to Marbella or Puerto Banus, good supermarket (Supersol) and restaurants within walking distance (20 mins). Taxes reasonable around seven euros to Marbella.

We have been holidaying along this particular stretch of Marbella coastline for 35 years and it has not changed that much, still sophisticated and tasteful.

Owner very helpful and responds to any questions or queries immediately, property management company on site with direct telephone access from the apartment.

Last but not least, take a hair dryer with you otherwise everything else provided.

Having the management on site is a great advantage to us as owners as it enables us to keep the standard of service to our guests as high as we like to try to make it.
