Excellent place to stay. Communication with the owner was very good. The area is clean and all beddings we require including towels were available. The property is just few steps away from a local transport. Enough space to park your car for free.

Lovely clean apartment

We, a family of 6 adults had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is very comfortable, warm and everything is spotlessly clean. It is so convenient to have an en-suite in the main bedroom. It is very well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine,microwave,6 gas rings and a large oven . All the cooking utensils and dishes you could need. The heating works wonderfully on a timer and the apartment was lovely and warm when we returned back from the Xmas markets. Lovely big sitting room to all sit together and have a drink before we ventured back out. Benedetto met my husband to hand over the keys for the apartment and showed him round and gave him any information we needed. Also the payment side if things is very efficiently done . A bus that takes you right into the centre of princes street number 11 is 2 mins walk away. We would throughly recommend this apartment 100% for a stay in Edinburgh.

Adequate accommodation .

The flat was fine for a short stay. However there are a few issues including the main shower which needs fixed as water sprays everywhere and the pressure is poor. The microwave display doesn't work and it would help if there were bedside lamps. A glass door in a bedroom is not ideal with light from stairwell shining in all night. As visitors are asked to be quiet on stairs perhaps neighbours could do the same. Really these are minor issues and we enjoyed our stay for the most part.

Wonderful apartment, attentive owner

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It is a little outside the central city, but there is a close by bus that takes you there directly. If you are a walker, it's a 20 to 30 min walk to the central area, a bit farther to the castle or royal mile. We walked most of the time. Benedetto is very attentive, he checked in with us several times, and was flexible in meeting us to pick up the key. Tea and coffee provided. We would stay here again.

Great apartment for festival stay

We had a lovely stay at this property, 7 adults and 1 child. Benedetto was prompt with correspondence and was able to answer my questions. The rooms were a good size and having two bathrooms was a bonus also. The kitchen was well equipped ( it did get very hot in there when cooking, but not an issue!) the living room provided enough seating for us and was very comfortable. The apartment was very clean.

The distance from Edinburgh centre was perfect for us, close enough to walk, about 20 minutes ( 30 mins with our 7 year old son or 1 hour with a stop off at the park,) we found the bus services excellent and drops off at the end of the road. Local supermarket is 5 minute drive and it has a small shop at the end of the road providing the basics.

I would really recommend this apartment. Thanks for a great stay.
