Our three-storey period townhouse is perfectly located, only a few minutes walk from cafes, restaurants, museums and the vibrant centre of Old Pollensa. A short drive away you will find tennis, golf and kite-surfing facilities, along with the beaches of Porto Pollensa Alcudia and Cala San Vicente. The house extends to over 600 sqm . All of the large en-suite bedrooms are air-conditioned, individually styled and can be set up as singles, doubles or twins. Outside, the property has a very private courtyard-garden with a pool, comfortable seating for sunbathing, relaxing and dining. The main living space is open-plan with 3m high ceilings to keep you cool in the summer and , fireplaces and a wood burning stove to keep you warm in the winter. On the second floor there is a breathtaking roof terrace with adjustable sun shade canopies and soft warm lighting for balmy evening sundowners. The terrace has panoramic views across the rooftops to the Tramuntana mountains and is surrounded by the mature gardens of the old Bull Ring. The house has a TV room above the kitchen, with UK TV and DVD as well as a top floor studio games' room with table tennis and table football. Our large kitchen is set up specifically to effortlessly cater for large and small groups. The entire property is eclectically furnished and decorated with pieces we have collected from India, Thailand, China and hand made items from Mallorca to provide us and our guests with a unique atmosphere for special holidays.

The house is a unique both in size and style, you will be unlikely to find another townhouse like this in Pollensa. Whilst historic and eclectic in its design it also offers the conveniences of modern life, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV/DVD and a pool, It's position is perfect, in a quiet residential part of the town yet only minutes walk from the shops, bars, restaurants and the old town Square.

What makes this house unique

We are one of the largest houses in town, we can accommodate up to 14 very comfortably; to this end the kitchen is equipped with two fridges, two dishwashers and a six-burner gas hob and large oven. We have supplied 28 sets of tableware, glassware and cutlery. Additionally, the house has very generous exterior space, including a large roof terrace, which is a rarity in a townhouse.

Paradise in Pollenca

We just returned from a wonderful week-long stay at this stunning villa located in the heart of Pollenca. The villa comfortably slept each member of our 14-person group and was the perfect location to enjoy the town and all that the island has to offer. We were there for the cycling and the garage gave us plenty of room to store our bicycles. Each of the seven bedrooms has its own en suite, which was amazing and the kitchen was large and well-equipped to handle a bunch of very hungry cyclists. The property also includes a lovely courtyard with a pool, which was great for afternoon plunges and plenty of room for alfresco dining. The rooftop deck was the perfect place for a late afternoon nap after a long day on the bike. We loved getting fresh pastries every morning from the nearby bakery and we were also steps from a convenience store. Gemma, the house manager was so sweet and accommodating. It was an amazing trip from start to finish and hopefully not our last!

Excellent cycling weekend in this stunning house.

We recently had a cycling weekend at this fabulous property. The house is ideally situated for the famous bike runs to Formentor Llght House, up to LLuc in the Tramuntana mountains and into the nearby valleys via Campanet and Caimari. The house had a plunge to cool our weary muscles after a day’s cycling and it was just a few minutes’ walk to the main square for a rehydrating cold beer. We used Miguel at Pollensa Cycling in the port who delivered our bikes (Kuota Kiral) to the house which has an enormous garage for storage. The house was extremely comfortable. We all had ensuite bedrooms and the downstairs space is huge. It could not have been more comfortable or convenient for a cycling break. We will be back. Thanks.

perfect for groups in a beautiful town

The property is perfect for large groups. It is very spacious , with both large bedrooms and living space. The accommodation is impeccably maintained and very clean. The kitchen is great for preparing food for groups, it is very spacious and well stocked with utensils. The house had everything we needed. We stayed there to cycle so the garage provide ample room for 14 bicycles and the ideal location to be heading out to some spectacular rides.

We needed to call out the house manager on an occasion and she was with us quickly and really helpful and pleasant. I don't think I can praise the house and location enough. The location is ideal if you want to be close enough to walk to local bars and shops. I'm not sure that i would hire a car if staying there as the streets are very narrow and many of the cars have scrapes down the sides, however taxis and buses are easy to find on the other side of the square. All of the bedrooms are great size with an interesting variability within the shapes. there are two bedrooms to the front of the property that overlook the road, these can be a little noisy in the morning with the sound of scooters and the bin lorry, although the noise didn't disturb me too much. If you are a light sleeper i would recommend taking ear plugs or having one of the other rooms. i would defintley recommend this house if you want to stay in a beautiful small town away from lots of very noisy bars with access to many traditional restaurants.

Exceeded expectation on all levels

We rented this house for 3 weeks in August. We knew the area well already but were amazed to find such a huge house within 5 minutes walk of the main town square. We had family and friends coming and going every week and without fail they were speechless when they first came in the huge doors from the little narrow street and entered the cavernous hall and living room with its massive ceiling height and stunning tiled floor.

All the bedrooms are an excellent size so we easily accommodated everyone including babies and toddlers whether they had their own room or a cot in their parents' room. The kids loved the basket on a pulley from the roof terrace down to the rear courtyard and constantly ordered snacks to be sent up!

The pool was used the most in the evenings after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

Gemma, the housekeeper, and her team do an excellent job in keeping the house clean, the beds beautifully made and the supply of towels flowing. The washing machine and dryer in the garage were invaluable and so were the two dishwashers! The only thing missing is a microwave which wasn't a disaster but would have been useful for kids milk and sterilisers etc..

If you want to be in the town and there are lots of you then this is an amazing place to stay. It is the first place we have ever rented that has actually exceeded expectation and proved to be bigger than the photos suggest!

Wonderful house in great location

This great house ticks all the boxes for us. It's been thoughtfully restored, retaining many original features and incorporating stunning modern updates. It was spotlessly clean on our arrival, even under the bed which is often neglected in rental houses. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need to cook large meals and laid out in such a way that several of you could be preparing a meal together without feeling cramped. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, the sheets and towels of a high standard, our shower was powerful...these things matter! Loved the upstairs terrace. And despite being just a stone's throw from the cafes and shops of Pollenca it was so quiet during our stay in June that we could have been in the country. It was the best of both world as far as we were concerned. We loved stepping out of the front door and heading into the main square for coffee or ice creams after supper and the proximity to great beaches, challenging cycling and fantastic restaurants. All in all, after years of renting houses in the middle of nowhere, this townhouse was a revelation and I'm sure we'll be back.

Pollensan Paradise

A fabulously well equipped and well organised house. Loads of space and beautifully laid out. We've stayed in many houses over the years and this is definitely among the finest. Right in the heart of town so very easy to walk to everything one might need. At the same time it was very peaceful. A beautiful roof terrace with comfortable furniture, a compact pool - perfect for cooling off after a busy day and a brilliant kitchen in which many people can help without tripping over each other. Clearly a considerable amount of thought has gone into making sure that guests have a wonderful stay in this property. Plentiful opportunities for walking, biking, tennis and generally relaxing. Strongly recommended

Pollensa is one of the prettiest and best preserved old towns in Mallorca; 6 km from Puerto Pollensa with its sandy beaches, watersports, sailing facilities and the Royal Yacht Club. Its location in the NE of the island gives easy access to the beautiful bay of Formentor and the clear waters of Cala San Vicente. In August the famous music festival takes place in the San Domingo Cloisters in Pollensa. Golf courses are close by both in Pollensa and Alcanada. The Tramuntana mountains and Campanet Valley run the whole length of this NE coast providing excellent walking, biking and birdwatching throughout the year. Worthwhile places to visit include the Luc Valley with its famous Monastery and its scenic drive to the hilltop town of Deja. With the new motorway Palma is now only 35 minutes drive away and this beautiful town with its wonderful Cathedral and narrow streets is well worth a visit.
