Casa Canal, is a private Spanish Style Villa, situated on a gorgeous flat 1400 meter ocean/canalfront double lot overlooking one of Rincon’s most pristine beaches.

Once you enter through the 10 ft. electronic gate & 10 ft walls, you'll experience a breathtaking view of the ocean & canal, pass by the center courtyard & pool with flowing fountain and find yourself inside a tropical landscaped oasis, on the ocean, with only the sound of the wind and waves to sooth your restless soul.

Casa Canal offers luxurious accommodations with unique ocean-views. This 3-4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, Ultimate Casa, is located on the beach/canal with private beach access to the most beautiful swimming beach that Rincon has to offer, it has a swim-up pool bar with a Flat Screen TV, outdoor restroom / changing room, (4) hot & cold outdoor showers, back up power, 2000 gal. water reserves, etc., there are too many amenities to list !!!!.

This property is a spacious 2,300 sq ft, Villa that will sleep up to 10 guests in 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 twin bunks & 1 queen sofa bed, and features Oceanview Panoramic Windows in the living area, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen w/ granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, (4) flat screen TVs with all the movie channels & DVR, a downstairs handicapped accessible master bedroom with custom tile features, 2 upstairs bedrooms with (3) breathtaking Ocean view balconies, custom hardwood floors & doors , a stunning Ocean View Den that doubles as the 4th bedroom, all the rooms have air conditioning & there are fans throughout the home.

Conveniently located close to the Town of Rincon within walking distance to (3) major hotels, many local condos & guesthouses, several restaurants, & great shopping.

This fantastic property is available for rent with a 3 day min. stay requirement, all rates are determined on the number of guests, week day rates, Mon-Wed, start at $475 per night & weekend rates, Thurs - Sun, start at $575 per night, for up to 6 guests, additional guests may be added at a rate of $50 per person per night up to 10 guests max. Children 2 & under are free.

The property is available for Weddings, Special Events, Corporate gatherings, Sweet 15 & 16's, etc.. of up to 100 guests maximum however you must use our event planner or a English speaking planner from the west end of the Island !!

A 3 day minimum stay is required for events at a rate of $875 per night for up to 10 guests maximum overnight, plus an event fee based on the number of guests expected !!!

Exploring Rincon

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Casa Canal! It was everything we imagined. A villa enjoyed by all ages. My 9 year was very excited for the pool! Stu met us for our check in day and he walked us through everything including showing us all the rooms. Location is great and so private. Love how the beach is just walks away. It truly was a relaxing stay. Thanks again for your hospitality and will most like stay here again!! Already have friends asking for contacts of future stay!

Great location

Awesome location and Stu was super responsive. Property needed some improvements (bbq wasn’t usable, blender broken, etc) but overall we had a great time.

Fantastic Family Fun at the Villa

This was a great place for our family vacation (adults all over 30). The location was easy to find and a great spot to head into town or other beaches. We did that a few times to surf or go on a catamaran. But staying at the villa was also a great time. The pool was amazing and the ocean was just a short walk away. (I will note the walk to the beach does include going down the wall and not the stairs in the picture, but still super convenient) The beach was easy to swim in most of our stay. (we had one rougher day) Management was professional and available during our stay although we did not really need anything as the place was all set. I hope to come back someday and would highly recommend to anyone in future.

Perfect place for familes in Rincon

We had a wonderful week long stay in Casa Canal. The house is really well maintained and Millie the housekeeper is a joy when she comes through. The location is excellent and definately unique for the area with an incredible yard and pool that the kids had such a great time in. Location in Rincon is excellent as well, within walking distance of restaurants, bakery, and supermarkets. Not to mention a short beach walk to a great smoothie place we took advantage of nearly every morning. Beach feels quiet and private and was perfect for swimming and playing in the waves. Our party had a surfer who found some great places within 10 minute drive with some great surfing waves as well. Stu was easy to work with and made sure we knew he was accessible if needed. We didn't need much during the trip as the place was great, but was nice to know he and Millie were accessible if needed. Definately recommend Casa Canal (and Rincon in general) as a home base if your looking at taking a trip to Puerto Rico. Outside of the rainforest, it's close enough of a drive to most things you want to do and makes for the perfect down days by the pool as well.
