Stay directly on the beach in our private resort! NEWLY REMODELED Studio/efficiency A FEW STEPS DOWN TO THE WARM SAND!!! Feel secure in our professionally sanitized unit with CDC approved products used between guests and with our new UltraViolet air scrubbing system. Building management maintains security video monitoring in parking lot, hallways, elevators, patios and common areas. "Ring" doorbell in exterior hall/common area. Completely separate and private entrance. Private bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, coffeepot, queen size bed and NON-OCEAN VIEWS of sunsets over the Inter-coastal waterway! Unit is a single room, aprox 150sqft (200sqft total living area) with NO BALCONY AND NO OCEAN VIEW. Attached beachfront restaurant. Heated pool, like bathwater. Protected nature preserve with miles of pristine beaches to wander. Two hours from: Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens and Miami.

Fantastic frontline accommodation for great rate per night

March’19 we spent 9nights at Jim’s studio. For the purpose we needed it was good value. Arrival details all went to plan and Jim was more than helpful. We would stay again.

A perfect, cozy beachside escape!

If you are looking for an uncomplicated, comfortable, clean spot to rest, relax and mellow out, you will find it with this adorable studio. Jim makes everything easy and ensures that your entire experience is effortless! This was my second time staying here and it will not be my last! Thank you Jim!

Two Weeks in Heaven

This place was very nice and peaceful, with plenty of space outside to enjoy the weather, take a stroll or take a swim. The restaurant on-site is absolutely delicious, so its fine for visiting more than once. As for the unit, it was small but expected as listed as 100 sq. Looks just like it does in the pictures. Bed is a little hard and pillows not much fluff. Bathroom tub looked to have a little mold growth, but was also stained so not sure. Jim the owner is super sweet and kind; and quiet. I only ran into him 3 times in 2 weeks. Jim says he is remodeling. I would love to return and see the improvements. Overall I felt like this is a nice place and I felt comfortable with the surroundings. Wish list for next time: Smart TV, more comfortable bed and pillows, and maybe a balcony :). I would definitely stay here again and hope to next year.
