Disappointing communication with Luciano

The view from the appartment was absolutely fantastic, even though is was not a full 270 degree view as promised. The bed was as hard as a board, I'd bet the bed in his house is not that hard. We had to wait 4 days to use the washing machine as the old one was broken. The second day there we lost the wifi, being from the USA my phone only worked with wifi, and my laptop required wifi to do anything. Luciano made arrangement to get it working, then asked me to take time from my vacation to meet with the technician doing the work, as he (Luciano) was unable to take the time to meet him. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy a roll, not really a big deal, but I would think there could be an extra rool on location for those who stay more than 1 night.

Apartamento em péssimas condições

A cozinha é impossível de usar os utensilhos são antigos alguns copos estão até queimados de cigarro, a janela do quarto tem um vidro solto um perigo para qualquer pessoa dentro e fora do prédio, a descarga está quebrada a torneira da pia está quebrada, o chuveiro do banheiro de hóspedes não funciona, a tv reinicia toda hora, o sofá é nojento e cheira a mofo a porta do guarda roupa caiu em cima da minha namorada, desde 2018 são os mesmos móveis, péssimo atendimento do anfitrião que me chamou de imunda porque não deixei o apartamento limpo (porem pagamos a taxa de limpeza). Com sorte nunca mais voltarei lá.

Não poderia ser melhor.

A experiência foi excelente. ]O condomínio é muito bom, os funcionários bem prestativos, educados e atenciosos. A localização é perfeita, calma e com um visual deslumbrante. Tem um restaurante maravilhoso pertinho com uma vista maravilhosa. O imóvel é super organizado, limpo, bonito, aconchegante e prático. O proprietário é super atencioso, de fácil acesso... Com certeza voltarei e recomendo.
