A superbly located beach front 3 bedroom apartment situated just a few minutes walk from the centre of Marbella. The fully furnished, air conditioned apartment was completed in October 2003 and gives the occupier the opportunity to sample the best golf offered on the Costa del Sol with many courses within a short driving distance. Located on one of Marbellas finest beaches, the old town and shopping areas are a 20 minute walk away. Marbella Old Town is beautiful, particularly around Orange Square, where there is a selection of lovely shops and superb restaurants. Nearby Puerto Banus has stylish restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops and is only a 10 minute taxi ride away. The apartment is tastefully decorated with marble floors throughout and has comfortable and stylish furnishing. It comes with Wifi, TV, Washing Machine, Tumble Drier, Dishwasher, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster. It is situated on the first floor of the building which has elevators.

Swimming pool is communal and outdoor. The community opens the pool from early June until late September. The sea however is open all year round. Parking is on street parking at the front of the complex.

Really nice apartment. On the beach . Yet still close to all amenities. Marbella centre only 20mins

Very nice apartment. Very clean .Kitchen fully equipped everything you need to enjoy your stay. Marbella centre only 20 mins walk away . Ideally situated for exploring marbella and surrounding areas. Peurto Banus 10mins in taxi . Definitely come back again

Situated to the East of town by the famous Marbella Arch, Banana Beach apartments are ideal for the holiday maker who wants everything. Relax on the miles of golden sand right on the apartments doorstep or take a short walk into the Old Town with its narrow pedestrian streets full of old shops and restaurants. Find Orange square and have reputedly the world's best Paella.

Take a short drive into the different towns of Mijas and Ronda in the hills where the traditional Spanish way of life is more prevalent.

Head to nearby Puerto Banus with its glitzy yachts,restaurants and bars, a haven for the 'beautiful people'.

Golfers can visit one of the many superb courses within a short distance of the apartment and for those wishing to entertain the children, then there is the nearby Funny Beach complex, the water park at Fuengirola or Tivoli's World just a bit further on.

The British Colony of Gibraltar is only an hour away where you can even hop on a ferry and visit Africa for the day.

Other Activities: Jet Ski's, Go Karting.
