Beautiful and comfortable 254mts well located house in the midst of nature, made with design and decoration, excellent quality furniture and electronics, 2 suites with double bed, (one with private balcony and mountain view), 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, New standard hotel mattresses, 2 living rooms, one integrated with kitchen and one with barbecue area, both with balconies and very green, excellent barbecue area on balcony with large table, hammocks, fitted kitchen, garden around the whole house, 2 parking spaces, cable TV, pet friendly, cul-de-sac, quiet location. There is no problem of running out of water, which is common in times of intense movement, with water with 5 thousand liters. Great level of customer satisfaction, easy access to the beach and all infrastructure, beaches on the side Maresias, Camburizinho, Camburi, Whale. I also offer caretaker service (daily caretaker's match), washing and ironing (not included in the daily rate).

Excelente escolha!

Gostamos muito de nossa estadia. Os proprietários nos receberam muito bem e ficaram a disposição o tempo todo. Quando chegamos a casa estava limpinha. É muito aconchegante, tem tudo que precisa para uma família, ainda mais com crianças. Infelizmente pegamos alguns dias de chuva então não conseguimos ficar na praia de Boiçuganga porque é de tompo e não deu para entrar na água. Mas em dias de sol é maravilhoso o por do sol! Mas Maresias é a 7 minutinhos de carro e é uma praia maravilhosa! Fomos para Juquey também que é um pouquinho mais longe mas vale muito a pena. O comércio é bem próximo a casa. Enfim gostamos muito da casa, é exatamente como nas fotos e até melhor!

Sossego e Praia para humanos e pets

Casa muito bem cuidada e todos os detalhes feitos com muito amor e carinho. A caseira Catarina e seu marido muito atenciosos e solicitos e a vizinhança também muito hospitaleira . Ideal para quem quer levar os seus pets. A Leide também muito atenciosa. A casa apesar de ter estar 800 mts da praia nada como uma boa caminhada para a praia . Adoramos e recomendamos

LUGAR MARAVILHOSO

Eu e minha família amamos a casa, posso falar que é um pedacinho do céu! tudo na casa é de um bom gosto e o carinho dos donos da casa em deixar tudo organizado para a nossa chegada foi o que mais me encantou . A ainda tem os mimos do Sra Catarina a caseira que todos os dias nos da seu bom dia com um sorriso largo no rosto perguntando se esta tudo bem e se precisamos de alguma coisa. Foi a segunda vez que estivemos aqui e com certeza retornaremos. Parabens Leide e Flavio, passamos nossas férias do jeitinho que desejamos, obrigada! voltamos felizes!
