The apartment was very good and all we could have hoped for. The pool and spa were very relaxing but the negative was the site had a smell of drains.

Great Location and good facilities

The property was very spacious and clean. The only complaint about cleanliness was the main outside corridor carpet which needs to be replaced or steam cleaned. The general maintenance of the property was good although the cupboard doors in the kitchen and the hall were in need of some repair and did become annoying at times. Overall it was well appointed and the views from the balcony were great and a perfect place to enjoy a quiet drink or meal. The only other small problem was the security, which was very good, but one individual tended to treat you as though you were intruders and not guests. This was not by his actions, but his overall demeanour. This said you did feel safe in the areas around the apartment.

Great vacation spot!

The check-in process was quick and painless, even though we didn’t arrive until after midnight. The property was quiet, and clean. The condo itself was spotless, it had all necessary amenities and a great view as well! The spot was very close to Duval St, within walking distance of a nice beach - overall, it was perfectly positioned for tourists!

Amazing

The location was perfect! Right near all the main areas. There was everything you would need for essentials in the kitchen, bedroom and laundry. All instructions were as described. Would def. Stay here again and again. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning and a loving friend, Iguana, that happened to be living above the patio. Great view of the ocean, pool and beach. The environment was quiet and no complaints of any noise. Also, lost my phone in the mangroves Andy replacement was sent to the front office and accessing and getting the package was with ease. Again, I cannot say enough. Thank you!

Amazing Condo

The condo was amazing! The ocean view was great as was the pool and hot tub. It took us a little bit to figure out the lay of the land, but it didn't take long for us to know where everything was. The proximity to Smathers Beach is a HUGE bonus. Probably a 3 minute walk to an amazing KW beach. We arranged for parasailing out of Smather's Beach so it was very convenient to be able to walk over there instead of having to drive somewhere. Our family likes to try different destinations, but we wish we could pick up and move this condo to every location we ever visit!

We live here now and have collected 4 unique rentals which we shepherd over as a substitute for our children. They have moved on to the real world with families of their own.
