Very quiet location

This Mallorcan finca is located in a very quiet and sunny area with 40.000m2 of private garden. The village is at only few minutes and the beach of the Port de Sóller is at only 3km. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, all with bathrooms en suite plus a 4th one with 4 single beds. Big pool and spacious terrace around. Hot and cold air conditioning.

Amazing!!!

Three of us stayed hear for one week in August. Absolute seclusion but a few minutes drive from the town and shops. Stunning pool with a stunning view. Huge house with bags of character. Absolutely loved it. Hats off Mallorca Dream Homes. They and Pere were fantastic. i would recommend going direct!

Great villa and location

Stayed in this villa for a week on a cycling holiday. It was big enough for 8 of us and all of our bikes and kit.

The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived with the added bonus of a couple of bootles of wine and water left for us by the owners. There is an orange grove beside the patio area where you can pick your own oranges to eat or juice with the supplied juicer.

The pool was freezing as you would expect at the time of year, but made a good ice bath for our weary legs.

Great location for cycling as some of the iconic Mallorcan climbs are with in an easy distance.

A final word on the staff ot Mallorca Dream Homes especially Pere Crespi. I had left my Oakley sunglasses and when i realised on arriving home i emailed them and they resonded that the owners had found them and Pere would ship them to the U.K for me at no cost to myself which i would have been happy to pay.

All in all an excellent villa and excellent customer sevice by Mallorca Dream Homes. I would certainly recommend them both.

Herrschaftliches Anwesen in Top-Wanderlage

Haus liegt direkt am bekannten und beliebten Weitwanderweg GR 221, und auch zahlreiche weitere Top-Wanderziele befindensich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Problemlose und professionelle Abwicklung bei Hausübernahme und -Abgabe (Ausnahme: Bezahlung der Miete nur in Bar vor Ort möglich, etwas unkomfortabel). Das Haus ist geräumig, stilvoll, verströmt einen alt-ehrwürden Charme (Baujahr 1886, riesige Empfangshalle, hauseigener Brunnen, größtenteils passendes Möbiliar). Riesiges Anwesen inmitten einer Orangen-/Mandarinen-/Zitronenplantage. Super-Blick von der großen überdachten Terrasse ins Tramuntana-Gebirge. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem nur ein Katzensprung nach Soller und Port de Soller. Kücheninventar dürfte etwas üppiger sein, aber akzeptabel. Matratzen teilweise weich und nicht unbedingt etwas für gebeutelte Senioren-Rücken. Alles in allem aber trotzdem volle Punktzahl!

Großzügige, stilvoll eingerichtete Finca

Wir haben eine Woche in der im Orangenhain gelegenen Finca verbracht. die vier Schlafzimmer sind liebevoll möbliert und besitzen alle ein Badezimmer 'en suite. Leider hat das warme Wasser sehr lange gebraucht, bis es am Waschbecken und an den Duschen angekommen ist. Nach einem Anruf beim Verwalter ging es 'etwas' besser, aber es liefen viele Liter kostbaren Wassers ungebraucht in den Ablauf. Das große Wohn-Esszimmer mit offenem Kamin war sehr stilvoll möbliert und bot genügend Platz für uns sieben Gäste.

Die Küche war mit großem Kühl-Gefrierschrank und neuer Spülmaschine gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine und brauchbares Kaffeegeschirr (es gab nur ein paar alte, zum Teil sogar gerissene riesengroße Becher, keine normalen Kaffeetassen). Die überdachte Terrasse und der Pool sind gut und ausreichend möbliert.

Einige von uns hatten Probleme mit den Bettdecken, da die dicken schweren Wolldecken leicht von den Bettlaken rutschten und mehrmals in der Nacht neu geordnet werden mussten, um nicht mit den kratzigen Wolldecken in Berührung zu kommen. Hier wären waschbare Einziehdecken von Vorteil.

Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel würden wir die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen und hoffen darauf, dass unsere Kritik an der richtigen Stelle ankommt.

The best familyhouse we've ever stayed

We - a family of 6 + 2 kids - fell in love with the beautiful house and the environment in between orange and lime trees. Fresh orange juice every morning! What's better to start your day with? The house is well equipped, everything you need for a perfect holiday. The swimming pool is as great as the rest of the garden. We definitely are going back. Thanks Pere and Juan for the great time!

Around the property there are lots of orange grooves and a few houses but in general is all green. Well known small rustic hotel nearby called Can Ai with 11 beautiful rooms. Ideal for big groups, some staying at the house and the rest at the hotel. Tram stop located at less than 10 minutes walk. Connects Sóller with Port de Sóller every half an hour in the summer. Walk way through the land of the property. The closest beach is at Port de Sóller, 5 minutes drive. Large selection of restaurants and bars. Sóller centre also 5 minutes drive. Supermarkets available in the Port all day long, including Sundays and bank holidays. The Sóller supermarkets are open from Monday to Saturday only. In Sóller Tennis club available with 5 sand tennis courts. Large public pool also available all summer. Historic centre in the valley of Sóller. Worth visiting the Can Prunera house, modernistic example of this kind of houses and full with modern paintings from Picasso, Chillida and many other artists.
