This property is located within a quiet, residential neighborhood on the pristine west coast of the island, just minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket, petrol station, 24-hour medical centre, taxi stand, public transportation and some of the best beaches on the island. It is also close to the the Bellairs Research Institute.
Recently renovated and fully self contained, the apartment has one-bedroom and one bathroom (ensuite). It is updated, spacious and outfitted with Insect screens and security grills on all windows, Granite counter tops, AC unit in the bedroom, Ceramic tiles throughout and built in closets and cupboards. The apartment has been tastefully designed, with modern and comfortable furniture, new appliances & lots of counter/closet space. A queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room can be prepared upon request, or a folding bed provided in the bedroom, for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is well equipped with both large and small appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and bake ware. The apartment has its own private entrance, and outdoor living spaces (patio) where alfresco dining can be enjoyed. The patio has insect screens (MOSQUITO MESH), ceiling fan, security bars and lockable gate. It is well maintained and is meticulously clean.
You will have access to sun loungers and beautifully manicured gardens and lawn. There is automated security lighting, the property is fully fenced, has security cameras around the exterior parameters and GATED entrance with KEY ACCESS ONLY for your added security. This apartment has its own private driveway. There is FREE high speed internet, Cable Television, Secure onsite Parking, FREE laundry facilities, and FREE access to the ‘Beach House’ where you can enjoy use of the pool, sun loungers, table/chairs, bathroom facilities, lockers, changing room, outdoor shower, restaurant/bar (food & drinks for purchase). The Air Condition unit is in the bedroom and the apartment has ceiling and standing fans for added comfort.

Lavern, was helpful from beginning to end, her hospitality is second to none! We had a fantastic stay and hope to come back soon, everything is within walking distance, it's the best place to stay in Barbados, especially if you don't intend on hiring a car :)

Amazing host and fantastic location
We stayed at Laverns 1 bedroomed place for 10 days at the end of November and couldn’t have hoped for a better holiday. The apartment is very clean with everything you could need, the bed is very comfortable, we had no issues at all. When we arrived Lavern showed us around and then took us for a mini tour to show us where everything was, including the marine park, restaurants and the beach house. Everything is close by, the beach is a slow 5 minute walk with the supermarket even closer. We decided to go to Carlisle Bay and Lavern kindly drove us there so we didn’t need to wait for the bus and then showed us how to get back from Bridgetown. Lavern also offered to sort out any tours for us and booked a taxi from the airport. Can’t wait to come back and can’t recommend it enough. We also had a tour of the two bedroom apartment which is very big and roomy enough for 6 people.

It's all about the location...
If you choose to stay at an apartment in Palm Cresent you will not be disappointed. We opted for the one bedroom modern apartment at the front of the property which was spacious enough for us clean and centrally located for all amenities. We were met by our host Lavern who is a hive of knowledge of the local area and Barbados itself. In fact Lavern is best described as your very own destination service provider a phone call away should you need her to arrange car hire a supermarket run of just a change of linen. Lavern is the epitome of customer service. The Palm Cresent apartments in Holetown are well located for the Beach; Supermarket; Chattle Villages; Limegrove and all the eateries in First and Second Street all situated within 5min walk. Bus services into either Bridgetown or Speightstown are also readily available. Having been to Barbados several times for our next trip this will certainly be our first choice of apartment.

Found my Paradise
Eventually after years of searching have I found my ideal holiday Paradise. The destination was always Barbados, but what about the rest for an unforgettable holiday. As a single traveller, the location and accomodation were extremely important to me. Holetown and Palm Crest Apartment gave me more than I could ever have dreamed of. Corresponding with Lavern for months before arriving at the property, I was confident that I had chosen the right place for me. But the pictures does not do it justice. Far better. The cleanliness, attention to detail, comfort and anything imaginable was thought of. Lavern made me very welcome and her home was mine for a little while. A home I appreciated every day. Lavern is very professional and also someone you can call a good friend. A rare find and a place I would have no hesitation to return to. Thank you Lavern and Aveen for your hospitality and very much hope to see you again.

Little gem!!
We've just returned from palm crest apartment after a brilliant two week stay. This apartment is just perfect for anyone wanting to be really close to all Holetown has to offer. It is very well appointed and has everything you will need to enjoy your holiday whether you want to go out or stay in. Lavern is a brilliant host and made sure we had all we needed. Another benefit was that she organised a taxi to collect us from the airport. We are looking forward to returning to the apartment as soon as possible.

My family has been providing accommodation to visitors for the last 15 years in the Sunset Crest Area, and this newly renovated property is a welcomed second addition. Sunset Crest has always been a highly desired area, with visitors referring to it as their 'second home'. From the first time I visited this property, I fell in love with it and had to have it. The building was surrounded by beautiful lawns and gardens, the area was quiet, safe and peaceful, and the property was perfectly located, close to all amenities and within walking distance to some of the best beaches on the island.

What makes this property unique

The Sunset Crest area provides an unbeatable location, since amenities and beaches are all within walking distance, and it is not necessary to rent a vehicle for getting around the area. The neighborhood is residential and peaceful, providing the perfect haven for rest and relaxation but also great for guests who seek adventure and exploration. It is safe for walking around and most guests are repeat visitors who simply can't enough of the popular Sunset Crest. There are shops, restaurants, banks, shopping centres, cafes, ice-cream and pastry shops, public transportation, police station, 24-hour medical centre, pristine beaches, and ‘Limegrove Lifestyle Centre’ which provides many options for dining, entertainment and shopping. You will have FREE use of the swimming pool (kid friendly) and facilities at a lovely complex nearby called The Beach House. Several bars in the area offer live entertainment and daily 'happy hours' and there is an upscale club/lounge nearby. There are lots of beach activities nearby, such as jet skiing, snorkelling, and boat tours where you can swim with the turtles or simply rent a beach chair/umbrella while relaxing on the sand; it really is the ideal vacation spot. I will show you around the area when you arrive, and point out all of these places of interests, and am happy to make recommendations on activities, entertainment and dining; I can arrange tours/activities/vehicle rental and am available to you at all times via email and telephone before and during your stay. I am always willing to assist however I can; my guests are my main priority and you will not find a more caring, attentive and helpful host, as I strive to create the best vacation experience for you.
Because there are three apartments within the same property, it is perfect for groups who wish to stay together, while maintaining privacy, as each unit is separate and has its own entrance, patio and living spaces (entire property can accommodate maximum of 14 guests).
