This spacious villa is located in the Costeres region of Calpe, only 1.2km to the sandy beach, shops, two new supermarkets and good selection of restaurants. The town centre of Calpe and the marina are just 1.6km away. The accommodation in this spacious luxury villa is on three levels. Access is through solid wooded door to a lovely welcoming hallway which leads to a large sitting room / dining room. Large pillars separate the living room from a large fully fitted breakfast kitchen equipped. Also on this level there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate Guest Cloak room. From the hallway, stairs lead up to the first floor landing giving access to two twin bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and two further twin bedrooms sharing a shower room. Stairs from the first floor level lead to the roof top solarium which offers wonderful views of the coast. A small utility room with washing machine is also located on this level.
