.This is our 16th property listed on this website we just listed this property in December 2016 it is located just few blocks from the best snorkeling beach in
South Florida
Relax… You’re here. This luxury 3 bed, 2 bath gem sleeps up to 8 guests. The newly renovated house has a fabulous kitchen with floor to ceiling cabinets and quarts counter tops. The kitchen exits through sliding door to an outdoor entertainment area with an outdoor patio with a BBQ and dining area as well as a fantastic hot tub spa. This band new 8 person hot tub is perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the beach.
The master bedroom has a brand new en suite bathroom and exits through sliding door onto a beautiful brand new heated pool with an offset sun shelf. The sun shelf, has a bubblier and is about 6” deep which makes it a perfect play area for small kids. The pool is simply HUGE spanning almost the whole back of the house. You can easily do laps in this fantastic 32 foot long 11 foot wide pool.
The house spots brand new contemporary furniture throughout, new laundry, brand new TVs in all the bedrooms as well as a 60” HDTV in the living room, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, bikes, and beach toys…essentially everything you need to have a fabulous vacation.
Located east of the Intracostal only few blocks from the beach (5-10 min walk). The closest beach entrance is a park with benches and showers as well as convenient car or bike parking if you don’t want to walk. The closest stretch of beach is very private, with some of the best snorkeling in Florida as the coral reef comes very close to the beach.

Just down the beach you will find the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea peer and the end of Commercial Blvd with its trendy cafes, shops and restaurants.

A couple blocks north there is the Sea Ranch Village Shopping Center with a Publix, Dunkin’ Donuts, CVS Pharmacy, ets.

We had a 17 night stay at the villa …we got back home to the UK Saturday just gone …Arrived at the villa around 10pm Tuesday 12th July …was text the entry number to front door which was fine …the next morning we notice handle to kitchen sliding doors was broke from outside ( which agent must have been aware of as a handyman turned up to fix) which was great until we went to look up that evening! The handy man had drilled a massive screw through so the latch couldn’t move up be locked …wasn’t a happy bunny as had to leave unlocked all night and as a mother with 3 kids with her made for a very restless night . My husband and dad had to take handle off from inside and remove screw for it to lock .The TV wouldn’t work either so carried on messaging agents ..I believe Kevin turned up on Thursday for meet and greet ! He changed cable on tv which was lovely as missed having tv in evening…Villa itself is lovely very close to shops,Bars and restaurants could do with a little TLC more so outside there’s a few lose and uneven tiles around pool not good for older visitors …was told they need the pool area clear for 24hrs to fix lose tiles properly (then this should be done between rentals as I’m not the first review to mention them) could do with a few extra lights other side of pool was quite dark out there . 3 days in and filter and pump stopped working in pool it started Turing green ! When we managed to get hold of one of the agents we was told pool guy will be with you by end of the day ( he didn’t turn up ) So I stopped dealing with Kevin and rung Gino …. The pool guy turned up the day after …so we had no pool for 2/3 days …pump was changed and had no problems after that apart from the friendly rather large Iguana that started pooing in the pool ( which nothing could be done about Unfortunately ) apparently Florida are over run with them we did find Ace hardware shop 2 mins down the road and bought some Repellent to spray around back hedges and some extra chlorine for the pool as iguana pool carriers a lot of Bacteria and stuff ! Apart from these few hiccups in first few days we enjoyed our stay at the villa ..Beds were very comfortable and there’s plenty of towels,sheets and bed covers ..Aircon was great in the villa as it was so 85/90 the whole holiday .

Great pool and location

Great stay at this house! Can easily walk to town, and the pool was a big draw. Nice bedrooms and overall layout too. The check-in process was confusing, however (we arrived at the 4 pm check-in time, but no one was there and no code had been sent; but that was sorted out by 4:30 and we were in). Great place to stay in LBTS!

Great Location - House Needs Maintenance; Not Clean

We stayed a week in the house. Overall we thought the house was overpriced for what it offered. Upon arrival the house did not present well and would benefit from some upkeep and cleaning on the outside. Inside the house we found that the house needed to be cleaned and needs some updates. From a cleanliness perspective we found the following: 1) Mold around the ring of the washing machine 2) Bath fans were caked in dirt and hair 3) some of the bed sheets had blood and other stains on them 4) blankets in the closet were dirty. We found two of the blankets with food stains. 5) The couch had stinky spots on it 6) utensils had food residue on them The air conditioner worked at the house but ran the entire time. On a couple of the days it was 88-90 degrees the house struggled to stay at 73. We called the owner and he sent over an HVAC technician. Tech looked at the unit and noted the issue was lack of insulation in the attic. The good of the house: 1) quiet neighborhood 2) walking distance to beach and downtown restaurants (Lauderdale by the sea is a great area) 3) Pool and hot tub were great - heat worked well 4) plenty of pool and beach toys, beach umbrella and chairs were a plus as well 5) host was good but did get a little combative when we asked about the cleanliness and AC Overall, we wanted to like this house but the cleanliness and AC issues will keep us from staying here again.

Great time in Fort Lauderdale

Had a great time staying at this location! Was in a great location with lots to do around the area. Best way to relax after a long day on the beach in in the pool and jacuzzi! Overall great experience, can’t wait to be back!
