Large, beautiful, family friendly, luxury self-catering Plymouth townhome includes the entire second and thirds floors of this beautiful Victorian Home. 2000 square feet townhome includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath and comfortably sleeps 8 people. Highlights from our 5 star guest reviews: great location, super clean, comfortable.

Historic charm with high ceilings and large windows make the space very open and bright. It has all the modern comforts, entirely remodeled and is fully furnished. Open concept living room and eat-in kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets and granite counters is designed to provide ample space for guests to relax. We have new central air conditioner/heating systems and new high capacity water systems so that guests can set the temperature to what is good for them. Front porch provides a great location to hang out and watch the Thanksgiving Parade. In addition, there is ample off street parking. High speed WiFi and high definition "smart" televisions are provided for your convenience. In unit washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. We have a lockbox for contactless entry.

A little more about the location:

We are located in the center of historic Plymouth, America's 'home town'. The Mayflower II, Plymouth Rock, Grist Mill and harbor area are just a short walk from our home. Also, within walking distance, there are many shops and restaurants, whale watching and fishing boat tours, the visitor's center, Provincetown Ferry, and other historic sites. Our location is a very short drive from the primary highway and major malls so it also makes it easy to take day trips or pick up groceries.

Our vacation home is nestled in the center of historic Plymouth. It's a great location because it's also close to Nelson Recreational Park and Beach. Nelson Recreational Area has a beach, new 'splash pad' water play area for children, large playground, walking path, boat ramp, paved bike trial, picnic area and seasonal snack bar. It is also a short drive to other local beaches like White Horse Beach, Long Beach, Priscilla Beach and Duxbury Beach. The combination of natural beauty, historic sites and many conveniences makes Plymouth a wonderful location for a vacation destination.

Lovely House In Plymouth, Very Convenient, Walking distance to Centre

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful house in Plymouth. All 6 of us ,from age 13 to old, really enjoyed our time. The house is well stocked and high quality. The air conditioning was essential the high temperatures of the summer. Yara, the owner, provided great communications and really helped us with ideas and guidance and support when needed. The house is walking distance to the centre of Plymouth and only 5 minutes to the harbour. Plymouth is really beautiful and definitely as beautiful as Cape Cod. Parking is easy and convenient. Many thanks for our wonderful stay, Yara.

Amazing apartment

We stayed for 10 days in July and could not fault this apartment in any way with 4 adults & 4 children there was plenty of space. It was beautiful and absolutely spotless. The location could not have been any better for everything that Plymouth has to offer literally a five minute walk to everything. Yara the owner was so helpful finding out information on trips, recommending restaurants etc can’t thank her enough. She even offered to pick us up some groceries up as we were arriving in late from UK. We would highly recommend staying here & if we are ever back we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic holiday accommodation for a family or group of friends

We stayed for 10 days from 26th May 2017. My wife and I plus two adult children, 1 grandchild & two adult friends were extremely impressed by the well equipped and comfortably spacious furnished apartment. There was plenty of room for all of us to watch TV, play board games or whatever we fancied doing. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances that you could wish for. Yara had thought of even the smallest detail including beach towels & chairs, travel books, games, maps & local tourist information. Yara and her helpers could not have been more helpful, even sending us information re Niagra falls, which we were going to after we left Plymouth. The property is well situated just outside the centre of Plymouth, you can walk to the other side of the town centre in approx 10 to15 minute and pass numerous bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. You can walk to the sea front in less than 10 minutes. Often we left the hire car on the drive and just enjoyed the facilities of the apartment and town. The tourist information could not have been more helpful. I would happily recommend the property to anyone as I found it impossible to find fault with it. The reason I can only score the property 9.9 out of 10 and although having had a great holiday in Plymouth is being English our friendly American friends nevertheless did kick us out of our colony in the 17 hundreds. Well done Yara, I hope we can come back again in the near future, you have a jewel of a property, i could easily retire there. Nick & Lesley from Sutton Coldfield England

Great Thanksgiving stay!

This rental was great and just what we needed as we visited with family in nearby Duxbury. In walking distance of many nice restaurants and sight seeing. Very nicely stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Perfect location and hosts!

We were in town for a wedding and the house was perfect for six adults. I wouldn't recommend the 2nd and 3rd floor unit if you have knee issues but we were all fine. You can easily walk into diwntown Plymouth /Plimouth and enjoy the landmarks, eateries, and shops. The commuter rail at Kingston is only about 3 miles away. The house itself is quaint but with modern upgrades. It was an overall fantastic stay! If we were going to remain in the area, we would definitely try to purchase it (as it is now for sale). Two thumbs up and 5 stars!!!

We purchased our first two family home as an investment because we ultimately want retire in Plymouth because of the quality of life and the abundance of things to do. Since our first Plymouth home has been fully booked every summer, we decided to purchase another one. It is a Victorian in the center of town that we would regularly walk by so when we saw that it was for sale, we jumped at the opportunity. We renovated it so that it maintains the charm of the period with beautiful moldings, custom wood flooring, and high ceilings while updating it with new plumbing, electrical and all the modern conveniences that families want. We look forward to sharing our home with you so that you can enjoy Plymouth too :)
