A beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the swimming pool and gardens in one of Playa de Las America's most sought after complexes. There is a patio area with furniture ideal for enjoying Al-fresco dining or a glass of wine as you watch the sun set. The lounge is large with ample space to relax and entertain guests.
There is an eating area within the living area ideal for enjoying a more civilised meal. All amenities are close at hand. This apartment is suitable for families looking for a quiet and relaxing break in the sun, with the added advantage of being able to walk to many restaurants, beaches, great shopping, cabaret and entertainment bars in the area.
There is a fantastic swimming pool perfect for sunbathing and cooling down from the hot sun. The pool side bar serves snacks & ice cold drinks as well as ice creams, etc.

This apartment is of a very high standard in the way it is presented with so many little extra touches that make you feel home from home , and may I add it was a pleasure in dealing with the owners has they ara very professional in dealing with my enquiry and booking ,thanks we all had a fantastic holiday
We have just returned from a great week in this apartment.It helped that the average temp while we were there was 25 degrees whilst the uk shivered in temps of down to minus 18.
The location of the apartment in the complex is superb and looking around I would say its probably one of the best in the complex(air con is now fitted and 50" plasma).The teenagers even commented that McDonalds was just out the back gate of complex at seafront.Handy for lots of bars and restaurants but far enough away from Veronicas etc to keep noise to a minimum but allow teens to walk there and back.
Large patio that received sun from 10.00 till 6.00(in January) with 4 sunbeds,chairs and table.
The sea is just out back gate of complex and is at the part of coast frequented by surfers.Unless your a surf dude its better to take a stroll along the wide walkways towards los christianos for better sandier beaches or the other way towards veronicas.
Poolside snackbar is ideal for breakfasts/snacks if you dont want to wander but beware there is a charge for using sunbeds at poolside. You dont need these though as you have the ones at apartments which are close enough to nip into pool if you fancy it.
Golf course is within walking distance but if you have your own clubs take a taxi as its mostly uphill and in those temps you wont be fit for golf by the time you arrive there.
Bike hire place is just out back gate on seafront alongside tennis courts(far too hot for that)

We stayed in this apartment during October 2009. The weather was fanatasic as was the apartment. It has one of the best locations on the complex, overlooking the pool ,with the patio getting the sun from 11am to sunset. There are 4 sunloungers with mattresses on the huge patio and a table chairs and parasol. Our only criticisim would be that there was no air conditioning, the apartment really heats up due to all the sun. This however will not be a problem in the future as the owner is installing air con late in Oct 09.
We would definatly return to this apartment.
The complex is very clean and there is little noise. The pool bar is adequate, we ate there once and were not impressed, but maybe we were unlucky. The only down side to the pool is that children are not allowed to use inflateables in the pool.
There is a mini market at the complex, its ok for basics. There is a much better mini market under Parque Santiago 1. This has freshly baked rolls, it is much better stocked and it is far cleaner.
There are loads of places to eat in the surrounding area. The usual tourist places( chips with everything and all day breakfasts) but there are also lots of great restaurants. Head to Parque Santiago 111, opposite this block is a great area for eating and drinking. Not a lager lout in sight.
All in all, we had a great holiday!!!
