Thanks to its unique position, you can reach any place in the center by walking. The main shopping and restaurant area is just a 3-minute walk. At the same time, the famous recreation park area, "English Garden" is only 150 meters distant. Moreover, many stores are just around the corner. Further, the public transport connection is perfect. This district is called "Mittleres Lehel" and is considered the most livable area of the city center of Munich. Magnificent old buildings and numerous restaurants and shops characterize the district. You feel like to be in a village, but you are inside the historic city center of Munich.
The famous park area of Munich, the "English Garden," is just 150 meters from the apartment. Moreover, with its river beaches, the river Isar can be reached within just a 7-minute walk.
The "Mittleres Lehel" is the perfect district in Munich. For example, the famous "Maximilanstrasse", "Theatinerstrasse", "Marienplatz" (shopping area), the "Staatstheater" (opera), the "Odeonsplatz", and the "Hofgarten" can also be reached within a short walk. Further, all other trendy districts of Munich, like "Schwabing" or the "Gärtnerplatzviertel", can also be reached by walking or a short ride on a bike.
