Extensively restored and extended to a very high standard this stunning House/Cabana, is an oasis in the heart of West Palm. a richly diverse area equally pleasing for the active/sporty holiday maker or those looking for shopping fine dining or simply to relax by the pool or sea. Newly modernized and refurbished this 1936 Key West style cottage is truly special.
The property comprises a main house, cabana and pool. Fully furnished to a high standard, the main house has a: Reading room, large kitchen/family room, 2/ bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms. The spacious cabana has: living room with sofa bed, bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Step out to the beautiful spacious herringbone sun deck barbecue area with heated pool.

Perfect Holiday
Loved the house and the location. It delivered everything it had promised. Good size for a family of 4 and we barely used the Cabana. Pool is fab and location ideal. A short walk from City Place and very close to I95 for traveling anywhere. I would certainly be looking to use this property again if I return to WPB.

Truly Stunning Home
Palm Ridge is truly a beautiful home! It is rare to find a 2nd residence so well decorated and appointed. The pictures do not do the great room justice. The view through the double French doors into the pool is so peaceful and relaxing. Every morning, we drank coffee on the veranda and just enjoyed the outdoor space which is just delightful. We appreciated the little extras like beach towels, pack n play, and mini fridge in the cabana. After a week at the house, we did not want to leave! I rented a road bike and biked from the house across the bridge to the coastal road for 20 miles. My husband also ran from the house to the Palm Beach path along the ocean. The outdoor shopping area there is an absolute must and filled with your favorite stores. We spent most of the time in the pool at the house enjoying 4 generations of family and having an incredible time in this beautiful space. We rent often from vrbo.com often and also rent out our 2nd residence. I would highly recommend this stunning property and am considering returning ourselves.

Dream destination
We are so delighted to have found Palm Ridge where we stayed during our recent visit to West Palm Beach. Thanks to Bryan who helped us to settle in and gave us some good local info. The house and Cabana are very comfortable and tastefully furnished, and the Cabana was a total hit with our teenage girls! We all enjoyed the family room with the 50 inch TV and the kitchen was great, everything was so convenient. The pool and deck area are a real sun trap and totally private - fantastic. When the time came we really found it hard to tear ourselves away - we will be back. Soon. I hope! Many thanks for a fantastic holiday.

Be careful with the owner!!!
The house is really beautiful, but since the first day we were there we encountered a few problems: it has only three bedrooms, the house was dirty, the previous renters left garbage in the garage (and the owner blamed us), the pool's heater didn't work until the 4th day, plus Ryan, the maintenance guy, didn't know how to fix it (in fact he pressed all the control's buttons inside the house, making things worse) and he couldn't tell us why the heater in the house worked only in half of the house (probably the same happens with the A/C). The owner kept all of our deposit, saying we broke the control of the pool, that we left the house dirty, that we disturbed the neighbors and that we overcrowded the house! That's ridiculous! I'm sharing our story, because I don't want this to happen to anybody else. So, BE CAREFUL WITH THE OWNER!!!

Cozy,comfortable vacation home
My family and I enjoyed staying in this peaceful and cozy home. We found the property to be as it was described on the Home Away site. The home and the pool was clean and well maintained. The owner was friendly and very attentive to our concerns and made sure everything was just right with the home before we arrived. I would recommend this property to families looking for relaxing time in West Palm Beach, Florida.
