Description of the apartment -
· Bright two bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with a private terrace, on the top floor -7th-, with elevator. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people on 2 queen beds and one single bed in two bedrooms.

Description of location -
· In the historic Eixample, built 1850-1910 during the golden age of the city, when the emigrants to the Americas where returning and investing their earnings back in the city. The beautiful buildings, most of them recently restored, reflect an age of plenty.

Transportation -
· The apartment can be reached by taxi from the airport. It is close to the Verdaguer metro station, which sits on two metro lines. There are plenty of bus lines and also the taxi lane runs in front of the building.

About the management -
· We are a small family company. Lauren is from Dallas, TX and Fernando is from Barcelona, Spain. Elif and Marco work in our apartments in Istanbul, Turkey. Amet works in our apartments in Kiev, Ukraine.

· There are small grocers at a very short distance and the neighborhood market just 200m away. Pharmacy and café in the same building and bakery on the street corner, about 100m away.

First visit to Barcelona

This was our first visit to Barcelona and staying at this apartment really helped make our holiday. We’ve had a great stay in this super apartment and can’t wait to return! Its location provided a perfect base for exploring the city. It is very well appointed and we loved its unique and quirky style. The views towards the Sagrada Familia from the ‘turret’ dining room and the roof terrace were wonderful. We’d highly recommended it and can't wait to go back.

Fantastic accommodation

Spacious top floor property (wlevatir and stairs) with a lovely view of the towers of the sagrada familiar and availability to go up to the sgared rooftop patio which is a wonderful feature. Central to all the main attractions. A chilled stay. Thank you.

Spotlessly clean, great location, excellent hosts, highly recommended

Spent almost 5 weeks here in July while on a summer study course. Everything as described. Very comfortable. Great location, too. Access to the apartment was arranged in advance and exactly on time. No problems at all with check in or check out. Very enjoyable stay.

Excellent location!

Excellent location!! Very close to Metro station which made it a breeze to get around Barcelona. Place was clean and had everything we needed.

Amazing Apartment in Barcelona!

We traveled from the US to Barcelona for a short 5 day stay. HIGHLY recommend this apartment. The views from the windows & balcony were amazing. So close to the metro station. Very clean & was perfect for the 3 of us!
