Lovely lodge

  • 4 of 5

A beautiful lodge with superb views in a lovely quiet resort. Ideal for families and great that dogs were welcome too.

Only criticism is that the cutlery and crockery could do with being topped up as not enough cups and plates etc. Would also have been good if high chair and travel cot could have been provided as well as towels.

Other than that great holiday.

Beautiful location and a lovely spacious property that was fitted to a high standard. We had a fantastic week relaxing and also taking part in many of the various activities on offer in the area.

FANTASTIC

  • 5 of 5

From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to be in for a fab week. The lodge is amazing, all the bedrooms having en-suites was lovely. The living area has plenty of room for all who stay. Views from the lodge are wonderful, watched the deer for hours whilst sitting on the verandah. Weather was great which made a lovely change. Great places to visit nearby, WILL be back for sure.

Lovely quiet family retreat!

  • 5 of 5

We went to visit with 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 3 dogs and we all had a lovely long weekend. Great sized rooms, all with ensuites and a lovely living/kitchen area. We had the doors open on to the decking area nearly the whole time. The view on to the lake with the swans and the hills with the deer were spectacular. Many thanks!

Just Wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

This lodge is based in an ideal location for getting out and about. Spoiled for choice of things to do, great coffee stops and excellent restaurants, we were torn between all of these things and staying put to enjoy the spacious, yet cosy and very well maintained lodge!

No efforts have been spared, or corners cut in the solid structure or high quality finish here.

Stephen, you were very helpful indeed and we have already been recommending your place to family and friends - thanks for sharing!
