Picturesque Pond Front Property - The Beach Glass Cottage

Come stay at the Beach Glass Cottage! A pristine pond front, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage in the heart of Hyannis. Truly the perfect get-a-way for family and friends. The Beach Glass Cottage is tucked away from the action, but within walking distance to Main Street Hyannis, which features eclectic shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream with mini golf and the Cape Cod Melody Tent is a short walk from the cottage as well.

This delightful cottage features 3 large bedrooms, 2 full completely renovated baths, and an open concept new kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Both queen rooms feature brand new Tuft & Needle, top of the line model, memory foam mattress for an amazing night sleep. The formal dining room with a large table that seats 6, leads to a sizable living room with a wall mount flat screen TV above the fireplace. There's a large sectional couch that offers plenty of comfortable seating and sliders that open to a large deck overlooking the pond. A quaint sunroom sits in the center of the house with wicker rockers and a down-feather love seat, perfect for reading or enjoying morning coffee -- this bright and cheerful room will surely be the spot to gather after a busy day. There is also a large side yard with horseshoe pit, bocce, and badminton. A circle of chairs around the fire pit down by the pond completes the outdoor scene. Unfortunately, we don't allow any parties, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette, birthdays, showers, graduation, etc.

Ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are a short hop from Main Street. Popular Craigville Beach and Keyes Memorial Beach are 1.5 mile away, beach sticker included (for free parking)! See a free baseball game featuring the Cape League, almost every night of the week in various towns. The Dennis Playhouse and Cotuit Center for the arts produce broadway caliber shows all summer long. You absolutely cannot leave the cape without a whale watch expedition out of Barnstable Harbor or Provincetown. Guaranteed to see lots of whales!

A lovely haven to escape to

Glass beach cottage lived up to its description lovely to sit on the porch listening to the birds, the cottage has everything you could possibly need.

The perfect Cape Cottage

We had a fantastic week in Beach Glass Cottage. The property is beautifully decorated and so comfortable, with everything you need. Maureen and Brian have gone out of their way to make it a home away from home. There is lots to do in Hyannis and it’s the ideal location for exploring the Cape. We could not have asked for any better - perfect !

Beautiful location and very comfortable.

We had a fabulous stay in this beautifully decked out cottage in Hyannis. Maureen had considered everything. We enjoyed the pond view, the campfires and the grill on the deck. Beautiful beaches and places to eat nearby. Whale watching and a trip to chatham are a must.

Loved this summer hide away the cottage is very relaxing

We all enjoyed our week stay Inc 3 teen boys, beaches and beautiful swimming ponds but don't a parasol to keep you cool these don't seem to be available

I love this house

This Is our second time staying at Beach Glass Cottage. It’s such a comfortable little house. Has everything you could possibly need, close to everything in Hyannis. You’re in a neighborhood but actually very close to the beach, dining and shopping. I look forward to our our next visit.

Cape Cod is one of the most beautiful places we've ever lived. Once over the bridge you'll feel like you've stepped back in time . Peaceful and serene the property sits directly on a peaceful pond yet is in the heart of West Hyannis. With amazing beaches and restaurants its a place you'll want to return again and again.

What makes this property unique

Amazing views from the back deck of Fawcett's pond with cooling summer breezes off the pond everyday. Fantastic wildlife and birds right in the heart of Hyannis! One of a kind property with a huge private yard including a fire pit and horse shoes, badminton and volleyball. Listen to the music from the Melody Tent in the evenings.
