Very cozy
The house was clean and comfortable. The weather was not very kind to us but the house was nice and warm. It is in a really good location on a quiet street but in easy walking distance to the town and the beach. There is a nice easy parking space outside which comfortably fitted our hire car and would have taken two. Rockport is very quiet at the end of October and some of the restaurants and cafes had closed for the season but there were still things to do. And the house has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to eat in.

Comfortable compact well equipped in peaceful part of town
Ideal for 2 couples or family. You can enjoy town of Rockport as well as the surrounding charms of C. Ann. Frank's thumbnail guide to restaurants was spot on.

Close to everything!
Fran's place is so lovely! Tucked away in a quiet street, super clean, and only a short walk into town. We had a great stay!
