Realmente as acomodações são bem fiéis ao anúncio. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo seu Geraldo. Logo no primeiro dia tivemos um problema com a geladeira, que foi prontamente trocada. Mas como nada é perfeito, tenh o algumas observações. O chuveiro é muito fraco, muito mesmo. Ainda falando do banheiro, pelo valor pago, o banheiro deveria ter box e não aquelas cortininhas que grudam no corpo enquanto tomamos banho. Os lixos disponíveis pela casa, tanto no quintal quanto nos banheiros são muito pequenos. E uma última observação é referente aos cães que alguns locatários levam, nada contra, até gosto e tenho cachorro, mas por três dias, acordamos com a frente da nossa casa cheia de xixi, inclusive no batente da porta de entrada. Bom tirando esses imprevistos, gostamos muito do local.

Ótimo Condomínio

O condomínio é ótimo!! A casa é exatamente conforme as fotos, muito espaçosa e bem arejada, tudo novinho! Poucos móveis, mas todos de boa qualidade. As camas são muito confortáveis e a cozinha possuí todos os utensílios necessários. Desde que chegamos o Sr. Mendonça que cuida do condomínio nos recebeu muito bem. Simpático e nos ajudou sempre que precisamos. Vale muito a pena, pretendo voltar!

A casa é exatamente como no anúncio, uma graça e super confortável. Muito completa, bem cuidada e limpa. A proprietária super acessível e prestativa. Super recomendo e com certeza voltarei , valeu muito a pena.
