It is a 3-storey house and each floor is a detached house with separate access:

- House on the 1st floor can accommodate up to 6 people;
- House on the 2nd floor with private pool on the balcony,

The house is on Grant Beach, between Barra Velha and Piçarras.
It is considered one of the best in the area. Surrounded by stones, hills and environmental reserves, this beach pleases its visitors for its natural beauty and calm sea.
At the end of the beach you still find a fishing village, where you can buy fresh and seafood at a more affordable price.

The house is facing the sea, close to markets, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants and other trades.
It is a 20-minute drive from Beto Carrero Park.

Paraíso !

A casa é simplesmente maravilhosa, localizada em um bairro extremamente tranquilo, me senti muito segura. A vista da casa do 2º andar é linda, até ao lavar a louça vc fica olhando para o mar, dá até pra brigar pra ver quem lava a louça kkkk...a tv é excelente, os utensílios de cozinha são bem completos. A Fabia nos recebeu suuuuper bem, extremamente simpática e solícita, e nos deixou muito a vontade. Gostaria apenas de dar uma sugestão: fornecer roupa de cama e banho para quem vem de longe. Eu fui de carro desde SP, mas se eu tivesse ido de avião seria inviável levar as roupas de cama. (apesar que ela me emprestou algumas rsrsrsrs) Fabia parabéns pela linda casa e pela hospitalidade! Nossas férias foram maravilhosas! Esperamos voltar qualquer dia! Abçs
