Experiência indesejável

Houve ausência de privacidade. O caseiro entrava no imóvel sem pedir licença. Logo cedo fazia ronda na frente do imóvel, o que dava a sensação de que ele estava observando pelas frestas. Não foi comunicado que o valor do Consumo de energia custava 1 real por kWh consumido, o que tornou a cobrança abusiva. Feita pesquisa na internet constatamos que o valor habitualmente cobrado é de 70 centavos. Também foi cobrado valor excessivo pelas peças de roupa de cama, diferente do que foi contratado. Estávamos precisando da toalha de banho e o caseiro demorou para efetuar a entrega. Pelo menos no check in já deveria estar tudo lá. Além disso, a taxa de limpeza e taxa de serviços cobradas foram abusivas já que quando chegamos no imóvel, estava em péssimas condições de limpeza, contendo baratas mortas embaixo da cama.

Hospedagem perfeita!!!

Amplo e excelente ambiente, praticamente dentro da vila Porto de galinhas , próximo à praia, restaurantes … não precisamos de usar veículo, o mesmo ficou seguramente estacionais no amplo estacionamento do condomínio. Voltaremos com certeza !!!!!
