Our fully renovated 3 bedroom cottage style unit offers all of the amenities needed for a perfect Rockport vacation. Enter from your side patio area with views of the harbor. The master suite has queen bed , private bathroom, sitting area and non working fireplace. Down the hall is another bedroom with queen bed. The third bedroom features a twin trundle bed. The open floor plan living room/dining area abuts a chefs kitchen with all the amenities needed to enjoy great family meals . Brick patio area features dining table and chairs , gas grill and beautiful flower and herb gardens for your enjoyment. Top this all off with central a/c and two parking spaces and you have the perfect Rockport vacation home just steps from downtown restaurants and shops on Bearskin Neck. Less than 1/2 mile walk to Front Beach or Old Garden Beach.

Everything Local

Great location, able to walk to everything in town or the station for commuter line into Boston. Owner provides good insights into local food and drink, favourite spot Red Skiff just a step across the street.

Beautifully presented cottage

Beautifully presented cottage. All the fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard and it is better than the photos. Right in the centre of Rockport literally a minutes walk from the harbour, so an excellent location. The property is a 10 min walk to the station, so it is easy to get a train into the centre of Boston. There was only one negative for me . If there are people using the adjacent property you will hear them in certain areas of the cottage.

Lovely place by the harbor

The cottage is just around the corner from the harbor and provides a good access to all the shops and views you could want. Plenty of space inside to stretch outz and Jonathan was always on the ball no matter what may be at issue with the residence. Good bit of relaxation. Property is not designed around disability access, however. Front step is a 6 inch rise and the master bedroom, fireplace, and the attached bathroom is all up on a raised floor with additional steps to the shower.

Cozy Stay with Amazing Location!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was so cozy but spacious, and had everything we needed. It was so convenient to walk right down the street for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner plus shopping! We will definitely be back :)

Ideal location

We would highly recommend this picturesque Rockport home! It was clean, cozy, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.
