About this property

Venetian Bay Villages is a guard gated resort located in Kissimmee, Florida, close to all of the major theme parks. It has 4 pools, outdoor jacuzzi tub, fitness center, and a movie theater. It also has tennis courts, basketball court, and a volleyball court. My home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with an extra sink and vanity outside the second bathroom. It is fully furnished and includes all kitchen utensils and appliances. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a king bed and jetted tub in master bath. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds. The sofa makes a queen bed if needed. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and all three bedrooms. High speed secure wireless internet access as well as long distance calling anywhere in the United States and Canada is included at no additional charge. High chair and Pack 'n' Play are supplied for your convenience. Computers and printers are also available for use at the clubhouse.

Nice clean condo. However, the shower in the downstairs bathroom was difficult because of the height of the bath tub for people of our age. The gate security was painful with queues out to the road and delays of up to twenty minutes when trying to enter

Great accommodation

We've had a great experience renting this property. Darlene the owner was brilliant and fast at responding to emails & accommodated us for an extra 2 nights when our flights were cancelled due to storm Nicole. Perfect location to parks, shops etc but you definitely need a car.

The condo was exactly what we needed, as a family of 4, 2 boys (aged 9 and 14) it was ideal at an affordable price. Distance to parks was what we expected and the overall facilities of Venetian Bay Villages were spot on. It was."home from home" for our 17 night stay. No issues with any of the booking arrangements or the response time from Darlene, the owner. 3 pools, although we did not use them a lot, grounds were nice, well maintained with good security (no issues at all on this front). Washing machine and tumble drier came in very handy! Used the gym facilities a lot, and they were more than adequate and very cool to work out in which was nice... On the odd occasion where the gym was too full, I used Planet Fitness just a few hundred metres away. If there was one downside (and it really is minor) the staff at reception on arrival could just do with being a little more friendly toward people who simply don't know how the "system" works, a nice smile and a bit of help with the forms etc. Would be so nice in day of arrival. Thanks Darlene, we would have no hesitation returning or recommending in the future.
