This is a recent barn conversion within the private grounds of Jubilee Court situated in a conservation area. The property is detached, it has a spacious lounge with flat screen TV DVD and freeview,also a separate ipod unit with docking station, the dining/kitchen area, is fitted with a washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer cooker and hob. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with basin and toilet, upstairs are two bedrooms and a large luxury bathroom a walk in power shower 1700mm bath also with shower, basin& toilet, the first bedroom has two single beds which then leads onto the second bedroom which has a king size bed both bedrooms are fitted with oak furniture, wardrobes, cupboards, flat screen TVs with Dvd units, travel cots are available all utilities linen and towels are provided, ,Jubilee Cottage is a luxurious holiday home situated in the Heart Of Worcestershire in the centre of Naunton Beauchamp The owners live on site.

A LOCATION FOR ATTRACTIONS OR ROMANTIC BREAK: From the living room you access the garden and patio area where there is a round table together with 4 comfortable chairs, There is also a gas BAR B Q the garden is quite flat and very safe , access is secured by electric gates and within the gardens there is a 2 child swing and play platform,there is plenty of room for children to play games, and other garden toys are available in dry conditions,The local golf courses include 'The Vale', Evesham golf club, Ombersley golf club, Kidderminster golf club Forest Pines at Bewdley and Wharton park there are plenty to choose from, there are also 2 trout fishing pools both within 2 miles of Jubilee Cottage.and for those who like shopping we are 40 minutes drive from Merry hill shopping centre Located at Brierley Hill in the black country, and only 45 minutes drive from Birmingham With its famous Bull ring centre.

We are perfectly located between Worcester and Stratford Upon Avon, Jubilee Cottage is within easy access to many tourist destinations and attractions including Worcesters magnificent cathedral, Elgars birthplace, Stratford Upon Avons Shakespeare Theatre and Mary Ardens Farm, There is also Malvern with its magnificent Hills with many wonderful walks, and The Three Counties Show, Then there is Warwick with Britains ultimate medieval castle, Then there is Pershore a georgian town which is only 10 minutes away it is a Market Town with great character. 'CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR WONDERLAND': This is an ideal cottage for a romantic weekend or weekday visit and during the Christmas and new year period 30th November till 06th January the whole property is lit by some 9000 white lights also with internal decorations and further features in the garden it really does look a Christmas wonderland.

AN ALTERNATIVE LOCATION FOR BUSINESS USER: Whilst jubilee cottage is located in the centre of Naunton Beauchamp which is a very quiet village we are only 7 miles from junction 6 of the M5 motorway, there is also a oak desk and chair and and wifi is available 24/7 this gives the business person full opportunity to carry out all the day to day running of their business, all office items are readily available. it is a good alternative to hotel accommodation. Spent a lovely week at this gorgeous barn conversion. Wonderful barn, beautifully decorated and equipped.

Lots to see and do locally and within an hours drive.

Lovely cottage in beautiful countryside

Property accurately described in publicity. Location is within a small select village in large lawned grounds adjacent to owners personal property. Cottage is very well maintained and clean throughout. Modern well equipped kitchen with quality pots and utensils. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms upstairs with views of surrounding countryside. Owners are on site and provide very good advice/service when required.

Excellent cottage - lovely friendly owners - definitely a place to return to.

Jubilee Cottage is a must if you are staying in this area - well priced and well presented. The cottage has everything you need and is close to a number of different places to visit including Stratford-Upon-Avon and Snowshill Manor to name but two.

There are lots of places to eat in the local area - The Angel Inn in Pershore was particularly impressive for us.

Mike and Claire (and their children) are very friendly and make excellent hosts. Enjoy your stay!!

Relaxing and peaceful family holiday

This cottage is great for a quiet family holiday . The village is in a beautiful setting and the cottage itself within the grounds of the owners home , with fields and woodland surrounding it. The facilities are excellent , modern and clean . There is everything you need for a 'home from home' but with the added use of a gorgeous garden and BBQ/patio area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jubilee cottage and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful cottage, fantastic location.

We have just returned from our stay at this wonderful cottage with our 3 children aged 7,5 and 2. The gardens were brilliant for them and very secure. Mike and Claire were fantastic hosts along with their children who kept ours entertained ! The cottage itself was immaculate inside, very modern and cosy as the same time. Would definitely recommend.

Jubilee Cottage is ideally located in the heart of Worcestershire for a number of the UK's top tourist attractions with Stratford-upon-Avon, the birth place of William Shakespeare and the RSC theatre, Mary Ardens House, Warwick Castle, Cheltenham, the breath taking Malvern Hills, the inspiration for Edward Elgar, The Elgar Route which follows his life story, Broadway the gate way to the Cotswold's which is renown for it's beautiful chocolate box villages and antique shops, all within 30 minutes drive. Ragley Hall and Park and Worcester only a 10 minutes drive, West Midlands Safari Park located at Bewdley along with the Severn Valley Railway which is also within 30 minutes drive as well as the famous Cadbury’s Chocolate World. There are a number of golf courses very local to Jubilee cottage with the nearest only 4 miles away. There are local swimming baths in Pershore, which is a lovely market town,'Brum' from the popular childrens television series has his home in a motor museum at Bourton on The Water, we are also located within 30 minutes from Cheltenham Race Course, so are very handy for the Cheltenham Festival with the race course for the Gold Cup reached easily, there are two theme park Drayton Manor Park, 45 minutes and Alton Towers 60 minutes. With the 2012 London Olympics we are a 2 hour train (Pershore train station 5 mins away) or car journey from all the sport action, also with the Queens Diamond Jubilee we are centrally situated to be part of the celebrations.

  • The property is oil fired central heated and is maintained to the highest standard, downstairs it is underfloor heated with the further use of an electric fire and upstairs there are radiators and a hot water towel rail. For those with young children/babies there is a crib or cot bed available together with high chair or booster seats and stair gates. we also have a collapsible pushchair.All linen towels and utilities are included and a washer dryer for your laundry needs, rotary clothes dryer is also available. we are only 25 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon, 30 mins from Cheltenham, 25 mins from Malvern hills, 25 mins from Broadway, 15 mins Worcester and there is numerous places to eat and drink from 2 to 5 miles, this is a very quiet village therefore a car is essential, the nearest town is Pershore at 5 miles the nearest shop is 2 miles, nearest petrol station 3 miles, nearest major super market 4 miles nearest hospital 7 miles and the nearest indoor swimming pool at 5 miles
