Silencioso, camas super confortável.

Gostei muito dos dias que passei lá. Logo embaixo tem um comércio maravilhoso, tem tudo que precisa. O único problema foi um enorme vazamento na descarga no banheiro. Isso não depende de ninguém, acontece! Minha nota é 10.

HIGIENIZAÇÃO A DESEJAR

Fizemos o check-in e o enxoval disponibilizado na data - toalhas de rosto e banho estavam centrifugadas e não secas; as roupas de cama estavam "surradas" e e encardidas, além de desagradável cheiro que denota que o serviço de lavanderia precisa ser reajustado. A persiana estava bem empoeirada e não abria. A porta que dá para a pequena varanda está protegendo a iluminação através de um papel manilha em vez de cortina, O banheiro tem um vazamento considerável na descarga. Ficamos 4 noites e não houve substituição de enxoval durante todo o período.

Localização perfeita, apartamento muito bem equipado. Atendeu completamente minhas necessidades.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, pois tudo que eu precisava por perto estava lá. Banco, mercado, farmácia. Os administradores extremamente atenciosos. Quando precisar voltar, é para lá que vou. Recomendo!!!
