Modern design romantic apartment for a couple in the old heart of Seville

Right in the center of Seville, between the commercial and historic center, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation with all the conveniences of the city. In addition to its central location, a peaceful and enjoyable stay is assured given that the apartment is located on a quiet pedestrian street.

This luxurious and spacious duplex with a modern decor, measures 66 m2. Everything has recently been renovated and remodeled with a brand new kitchen, utilities, and furniture…. All including central air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, plasma screen TV, oven and microwave…..everything anyone could possibly need for a pleasant stay.

This duplex has one master bedroom in one floor, and upstairs a full size sofa bed for two additional guests

Apartment recently re-built. Romantic and comfortable. Everything brand new. Good design. For a pleasant stay for a couple or a single. Close to the river and the main bus station, El Corte Inglés (department store), Cinemas, shops, monumental area. Flamenco bars and night life.

42 years old, i know well the city, its monuments and its life night. Play flamenco guitar and sing flamenco i know where are the best places to enjoy in the city. I love tapas and know most restaurants in seville, its prices and its quality. I like to recommend tenants where to go and make sure that they enjoy their staying. I do this for jobby and to be close to other cultures and also not forget my english. Always in touch with tenants try to get to know what they like. I am just what i would like to find whenever i travel abroad and rent an appartment.

Wonderful apartment in Sevilla

This apartment was so nice we did not want to leave. The set up is ideal for parties that need separate beds as there is an upstairs and a downstairs. The pull out bed was very comfortable and the downstairs has its own bathroom so people need not disturb each other. The furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen very well supplied with appliances, plates, utensils and more. Really done first class. The air conditioning was very efficient which is important in Sevilla in August. The area of the apartment is very quiet but an easy walk to major attractions, such as the Cathedral, restaurants and the Triana area across the river. Juan Luis was extremely helpful at every step of the rental process, before and during our stay. I would love to come back to this property some time.

Upper Coomera

Good apartment in a good location, but a few quirks

We stayed in this apartment for 5 days. The apartment was as described in the web site, but has a few quirks in the layout which we did not appreciate at the time of booking - - more about that below. The location is excellent. It is in the Old Town area but in a quiet street that is accessible by car. It is only 5-15 minutes walk to shopping areas and all the main attractions of Seville.

The standard of fittings and furniture is generally very good, but some of soft furnishings (eg floor rugs) are due for replacement. The kitchen is excellent - mostly good appliances (needs a new toaster) and plenty of cookware. The living area is comfortable and quite spacious, through a little compromised by the intrusion of the bedroom staircase. The bedroom is very large, with a two-seater lounge, large TV and a second toilet (but no shower).

When we booked, we did not appreciate that the bedroom was in a basement floor below the main living/kitchen floor. We are accustomed to having the bathroom on the same level as the bedroom (and clothes cupboards), so it took time to adjust. The tight, narrow spiral staircase exacerbated the issue a little. The bedroom toilet has a automatic pump attached - very noisy if used during the night. The owner recommended we turn the pump off at night, but we just went upstairs to the main bathroom.

The apartment has a dishwasher and a washing machine and ample cleaning products.

The TV service was fine - but no English channels. The WiFi internet access was good - reliable and good speed.

The apartment was reasonably clean, but some areas were in need of a more thorough cleaning (eg. scale build up in the shower recess). Some of the floor rugs were past their prime and in need of replacement.

You are able to drive right to the door of the apartment to load/unload your bags, but parking is not permitted. The owner provided us a car park about 5 minutes walk away in a secure facility, with unlimited entry and access (only 5 Euro per day).

The owner was a very helpful person. He had someone waiting at the apartment for our arrival, and he arrived a few minutes later to take us to the car park and give us additional information about the shops and restaurants in the local area. He spoke very good English.

Overall, we were happy with the apartment both as a place to spend 5 nights and for its access to Seville.

I have already bought a new toaster (more moderm). About satel tv, it is good that you mention this. It is true it has not but the tv has wifi and itnernet (netflix and so on...) so you can see anything you want and in any lengguage (English too). I understand that it is not eassy to use the remote control if you are not use to it at home. I am sorry for that. Quirky but Charming

The property is ideally situated in a quiet street but within walking distance of all the main attractions. Quite small lounge kitchen area, but plenty of room for a couple, and much larger bedroom area downstairs. As bedroom below street level it keeps a cool temperature which is ideal in a city like Seville. I have rented many properties in the UK and Spain through HomeAway, and I cannot remember a more helpful owner than Juan Luis. Both before our visit, and when we arrived, he provided so much helpful information. I would certainly return to Juan Luis's property on another trip to Seville and would highly recommend it to other couples.

Great host Juan Luis! Looked after us very attentively and provided a lot of local information that was useful. The apartment is very nice & location is central and yet with parking nearby easy to escape town by car for a much needed beach getaway. La Chala is very close and had great craft beer! Localização perfeita

A localização do apartamento não podia ser melhor! Exploramos todo o centro histórico de Sevilha a pé. O apartamento é exatamente como representado nas fotos: confortável, limpo, bem mobiliado.

O estacionamento fica a algumas quadras. Recebemos um cartão para uso do estacionamento, sem custos adicionais, o que nos foi de grande valia, porque em Sevilha quase tudo pode ser feito a pé, sem necessidade de carro. E de qualquer modo, no centro da cidade o GPS do veículo não funciona.

Juan esteve sempre disponível, por WhatsApp ou por e-mail, para esclarecer qualquer dúvida que tivéssemos e nos forneceu informações e dicas valiosíssimas sobre passeios, restaurantes, supermercados e lojas da vizinhança.

Só tenho a elogiar.

The apartment is very nice and confortable. It is equiped whit all you can have in your own house. Silent, calm but right in the heart of the city where all the commercial area, monuments and night life places are situated. It is very important for me to make tenants feel as at home and that is at the end, the most important thing.

' The apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of the city (Alfaqueque Street, next to the Plaza del Museo and parallel to the famous Alfonso XII Street). Parking optional at 5 euros per night. The duplex, measuring 66 m2, has recently been renovated and refurbished. On the first floor there is a large bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining room. The other floor has an open-plan bedroom with a toilet and a wide wardrobe and a living-room with another sofá. The ceilings are 4.5 metres high, giving the residence an even greater sense of room and space.
