This luxurious and spacious duplex with a modern decor, measures 66 m2. Everything has recently been renovated and remodeled with a brand new kitchen, utilities, and furniture…. All including central air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, plasma screen TV, oven and microwave…..everything anyone could possibly need for a pleasant stay.
This duplex has one master bedroom in one floor, and upstairs a full size sofa bed for two additional guests
Close to the river and the main bus station, El Corte Inglés (department store), Cinemas, shops, monumental area. Flamenco bars and night life.

46 years old, i know well the city, its monuments and its life night. Play flamenco guitar and sing flamenco i know where are the best places to enjoy in the city. I love tapas and know most restaurants in seville, its prices and its quality. I like to recommend tenants where to go and make sure that they enjoy their staying. I do this for jobby and to be close to other cultures and also not forget my english. Always in touch with tenants try to get to know what they like. I am just what i would like to find whenever i travel abroad and rent an appartment.

Pefect hidden gem
This is a wonderful apartment, an exquisite secret gem, tucked away off a quiet narrow street within 10 minutes' walk of the cathedral, and the owner could not have been more helpful! He met us there to show us around and provide personal recommendations of places to go and where to eat. We were unlucky with the weather, but he came back with a great umbrella which we had with us for the whole week, and he even texted us a couple of times to see that everything was ok. It was great to know he was there if we needed anything. The apartment has everything you could want, and it's pristine. The bed is big and comfortable, and there's lots of wardrobe space in the big basement bedroom. The wrought-iron staircase is a real feature. The kitchen is fully equipped, though we didn't actually use it, as there's a great bar on the corner, run by two really friendly young Frenchmen, where we had breakfast every morning, tapas a couple of evenings, and a nightcap every night! There are some wonderful places to eat and drink, just tucked away in the nearby and we hardly encountered another tourist in the area, which is what we like. I dare say it's different in the summer, but still, it's an authentic, unspoilt area, with very little traffic. We walked everywhere, though we would recommend a taxi from the station if that's how you're arriving. We went to Cordoba by train for a day, which was a brilliant train trip and a great day out. There's lots to see in Seville, and a great deal of beauty, natural, built and decorated. If you enjoy more authentic areas, cross the river to Triana and you'll find plenty to interest you there too. All-in-all, we'd thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay, and would like to thank the owner for his kindness, attention to detail and his hospitality.""
We have recently returned from Seville, the weather was wet but didn't dampen our enjoyment for Seville. The apartment was in an excellent situation, it was extremely well equipped, very clean. The owner was helpful making excellent suggestions for our time in Seville. We would certainly go back to this apartment , it was quietly situated in a residential area with an excellent bar a few doors away (no noise), yet only a few minutes walk away from the attractions.
A very sassy apartment. Pretty much everything there that you could require, except a cork screw.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is ideally placed for the old town. It is well equipped except for a cork screw. The furniture was comfortable and beding clean. The split level is really nice with the spiral staircase, descending to the bedroom, making it rather quirky. Although it has two televisions there is no satilite which for U.K. travellers could be a disadvantage. That said the TV in the lounge does have an HDMI socket so I was able to plug my iPad into it and using 'TV on Holiday, was able to watch UK TV. The kitchen is well equipped with the dishwasher being a real boon. There was really only one problem and that is that the drainage system cam smell a bit at times. This may, of course, be a city wide problem rather than just the apartment. However, on balance, we really had a lovely time in Seville and would recommend the city and this apartment to anyone wanting a city break.
Great location within walking distance of all the main sights. Well equipped apartment good wifi signal. Would definitely stay again if visiting Seville.
Wonderful apartment in Sevilla
This apartment was so nice we did not want to leave. The set up is ideal for parties that need separate beds as there is an upstairs and a downstairs. The pull out bed was very comfortable and the downstairs has its own bathroom so people need not disturb each other. The furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen very well supplied with appliances, plates, utensils and more. Really done first class. The air conditioning was very efficient which is important in Sevilla in August. The area of the apartment is very quiet but an easy walk to major attractions, such as the Cathedral, restaurants and the Triana area across the river. Juan Luis was extremely helpful at every step of the rental process, before and during our stay. I would love to come back to this property some time.
Good apartment in a good location, but a few quirks
We stayed in this apartment for 5 days. The apartment was as described in the web site, but has a few quirks in the layout which we did not appreciate at the time of booking - - more about that below. The location is excellent. It is in the Old Town area but in a quiet street that is accessible by car. It is only 5-15 minutes walk to shopping areas and all the main attractions of Seville.
The standard of fittings and furniture is generally very good, but some of soft furnishings (eg floor rugs) are due for replacement. The kitchen is excellent - mostly good appliances (needs a new toaster) and plenty of cookware. The living area is comfortable and quite spacious, through a little compromised by the intrusion of the bedroom staircase. The bedroom is very large, with a two-seater lounge, large TV and a second toilet (but no shower).
When we booked, we did not appreciate that the bedroom was in a basement floor below the main living/kitchen floor. We are accustomed to having the bathroom on the same level as the bedroom (and clothes cupboards), so it took time to adjust. The tight, narrow spiral staircase exacerbated the issue a little. The bedroom toilet has a automatic pump attached - very noisy if used during the night. The owner recommended we turn the pump off at night, but we just went upstairs to the main bathroom.
The apartment has a dishwasher and a washing machine and ample cleaning products.
The TV service was fine - but no English channels. The WiFi internet access was good - reliable and good speed.
The apartment was reasonably clean, but some areas were in need of a more thorough cleaning (eg. scale build up in the shower recess). Some of the floor rugs were past their prime and in need of replacement.
You are able to drive right to the door of the apartment to load/unload your bags, but parking is not permitted. The owner provided us a car park about 5 minutes walk away in a secure facility, with unlimited entry and access (only 5 Euro per day).
The owner was a very helpful person. He had someone waiting at the apartment for our arrival, and he arrived a few minutes later to take us to the car park and give us additional information about the shops and restaurants in the local area. He spoke very good English.
Overall, we were happy with the apartment both as a place to spend 5 nights and for its access to Seville.

Activity and Interests
' The apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of the city (Alfaqueque Street, next to the Plaza del Museo and parallel to the famous Alfonso XII Street). Parking optional at 5 euros per night. The duplex, measuring 66 m2, has recently been renovated and refurbished. On the first floor there is a large bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining room. The other floor has an open-plan bedroom with a toilet and a wide wardrobe and a living-room with another sofá. The ceilings are 4.5 metres high, giving the residence an even greater sense of room and space.
