Right in the center of Seville, between the commercial and historic center, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation with all the conveniences of the city. In addition to its central location, a peaceful and enjoyable stay is assured given that the apartment is located on a quiet pedestrian street.

This luxurious and spacious duplex with a modern decor, measures 66 m2. Everything has recently been renovated and remodeled (March 2017) with a brand new kitchen, utilities, and furniture…. All including central air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, plasma screen TV, oven and microwave…..everything anyone could possibly need for a pleasant stay.

This duplex has one master bedroom in one floor, and upstairs a full size sofa bed for two additional guests

Close to the river and the main bus station, El Corte Inglés (department store), Cinemas, shops, monumental area. Flamenco bars and night life. Only at 10 minutes walking from the cathedral and the santa cruz neighbourhood.

About Juan Luis Pantoja

46 years old, i know well the city, its monuments and its life night. Play flamenco guitar and sing flamenco i know where are the best places to enjoy in the city. I love tapas and know most restaurants in seville, its prices and its quality. I like to recommend tenants where to go and make sure that they enjoy their staying. I do this for jobby and to be close to other cultures and also not forget my english. Always in touch with tenants try to get to know what they like. I am just what i would like to find whenever i travel abroad and rent an appartment.

The apartment is very nice and confortable. It is equiped whit all you can have in your own house. Silent, calm but right in the heart of the city where all the commercial area, monuments and night life places are situated. It is very important for me to make tenants feel as at home and that is at the end, the most important thing.

What makes this apartment unique

After 12 years renting the apartment, i know exactly what tenants look for. In March 2017 i have remodelated and renovated totally the apartment. Everything new and with a different style. I hope you like it. For me, the best, the coorner for the "siesta" time, with the two armchair. Amazing.

' The apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of the city (Alfaqueque Street, next to the Plaza del Museo and parallel to the famous Alfonso XII Street). Parking optional at 5 euros per night. The duplex, measuring 66 m2, has recently been renovated and refurbished. On the first floor there is a large bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining room. The other floor has an open-plan bedroom with a toilet and a wide wardrobe and a living-room with another sofá. The ceilings are 4.5 metres high, giving the residence an even greater sense of room and space. Everything was PERFECTO!

I had the good fortune to spend two months in Sevilla studying Spanish and stayed in Juan Loise's recently refurbished apartment. Juan Loise is very gracious, kind and easy to work with - a great VRBO owner. He will certainly do anything to make your stay enjoyable.

Attention to detail was very obvious as there was nothing lacking. The flat was very comfortable with two widescreen TVs - one on each floor. The WiFi was perfect - not once did it fail, nor did the AC. The kitchen was complete with a dishwasher and washing machine. I loved the fact that the bedroom was downstairs making it dark and quiet.

The location was perfect - a very nice quiet neighborhood with a local family bar and cafe just two blocks from Calle Alphaqueque 8. Of course, it was hard to stay away from ElCortes Ingles - a large department store with a complete and fabulous grocery store on the lower level and a "Gourmet Experience" on the fifth floor with an exquisite view of the city. I walked to my Spanish school everyday and the sights of Sevilla were close by. As a traveler on my own, I felt very secure and safe in the flat and the neighborhood.

Old town gem

We were given so much info for eating, what to do, local towns and so much more from owner, it was very much appreciated and very helpful.

Location was excellent, all within 10 minute walk from centre of old town, given advice on local eateries (Very good local food & cheap)

Apartment itself was well presented and maintained, in a very quiet street.

Only one problem with sink which was fixed that day, (Thank you Juan )

New washing machine so found it difficult to follow settings but agin Juan will deal with this & translate for guests

We do not hesitate to recommend this apartment. PEter & Marie Australia

que buena sorpresa!!!!!

Es nuestra segunda vez en este apartamento. El año pasado estuvimos durante la feria y quiero felicitar a juan luis , su propietario por la reforma que ha hecho. Realmente pensábamos que nos habíamos equivocado de apartamento. Lo que más nos ha gustado es el cambio de estilo, mucho más cálida y acogedora. La iluminación, una pasada y el espacio mucho más aprovechado. El rincón para la siesta , lo que más nos ha gustado. Sin duda lo hemos disfrutado. Enhorabuena juan luis ¡!!

La reforma ha quedado genial!!

La reforma ha sido todo un éxito. El cambio ha sido radical. Sin duda se nota la experiencia y saber que es lo que uno busca cuando alquila un apartamento para vacaciones. Lasi diferentes zonas y en especial la zona para "la siesta" es espectacular. La luz, el silencio, el confort del colchón, del sofá, de los sillones, la cocina y en general el ambiente cálido....sin duda, ha quedado genial. Ahora, a disfrutarlo!!

Centrally located apartment

Apartment is centrally located to everything. Short minute walks to major attractions. Great restaurants close by, as well as bus station. Apartment is clean, comfortable with everything you need. Streets are quiet at night. Owner was very accomodating and helpful in suggesting things to do, I would highly recommend this property. Hope to come back and stay in the spring.
