This 2 bedroom apartment is directly located on the St Paul’s Bay seafront. The apartment enjoys spectacular views looking out towards Xemxija and is only 3km from Golden Bay beach!

A brand new 2 bedroom apartment and located on the seafront just in front of the old fishing harbour. A rocky beach with sunbathing area and reserved swimming zone is just 150 m from the apartment. Apartment has a combined large living sitting kitchen and study room of 4.7m x 7 m with a 3.3 m wide balcony door and 3.3m x1m balcony overlooking the bay. The main bedroom has 2 single beds , vanity, chest of drawers and big wardrobe. Second bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe bedside table. Individual reading lights and orthopaedics mattresses in all rooms. Insect sreens in all windows.

Lift access. Apartment is highly finished with nice sofas and solid pine furniture . Kitchen is fully equipped and dining table seats 6. In the living room, sofa beds or extra beds and wardrobe can be added upon request. Both have satellite TV.

A very nice appartment, exactly as described in the ad. Everything is new and the whole flat is very clean and comfortable and quiete.

It's well situated, with a nice view on St Paul's bay. A lot of places to park a car very close.

There is a greengrocer and a store in the area.

The owner is very kind and helpful and provides good advice for the places to be visited.

In Malta, you can find easily little and cheap restaurants and snacks to eat specialities.

Xristmas in Malta is fantastic because of the temperature and the atmosphere. Moreover It's worth learning about a so rich history. Authenticity and modernity.(wifi free in the flat)

Good view comfortable apartment in quiet location

Enjoyed our holiday and will remember the view from the apartment forever. No shop, cashpoint, restaurant or any other facilities within walking distance of the apartment and given that we are all seniors it was necessary to take a 15 minute bus ride to Bugibba for these amenities. We did not find that there were “all kinds of shops, and entertainment (bars/restaurants, nightcubs, casino, watersports) 900m away from the apartment” as described in the property details but on a positive note, as the bus stop was directly outside the apartment, this didn’t present a problem or significantly detract from our holiday experience. The 21 euro weekly bus pass is excellent value and a ‘must have’ on arrival. The living area and the two bedrooms were clean, spacious and adequately met our requirements but the bathroom was far too small and poorly appointed and the water only trickled from the shower head. As the apartment supposedly slept seven persons it is difficult to envisage how they would have managed with such inadequate bathroom facilities. The lighting in the bathroom was poor making it difficult to shave and the dark brown towels weren’t nice and there were only sufficient of them for us to replace them once during our stay.

Many of your contributors on trip adviser comment on how helpful Neville, Ruth and their assistants were during their stay but within an hour of arriving at the apartment and deciding which tours to join we were very much left to our own devices and never heard from or had sight of Steph thereafter apart from a note she left the day after our arrival correcting the pick-up location of the night cruise we had booked. On reflection, we were a little disappointed that she only vaguely indicated the location of amenities and the pick-up point for the cruise as “across the street” when in fact it was a bus ride to the other side of St Paul’s Bay and that the pick-up was actually at the Porta-del-Sol hotel. Also, when we enquired about where to get a weekly pass for the Malta Bus we were advised to go to Valetta when in fact passes were available from local businesses. Again this wasn’t a major problem for us but it might not be so for all guests and although these points are only minor and may be seen as overly pedantic getting the little things right can make all the difference to a guest’s perception.

The pick –up and drop-off at the airport as arranged by Neville made our transfer easy and stress free and at 25 euro good value

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. We are happy that you had a nice stay in Malta :) the shops, restaurants, etc are all on the other side of the bay as explained to you on arrival. There is no need to go to Bugibba ...in the inner part of Xemxija bay you will find all you need. If one wants to go to Bugibba, this is just 5 min by bus away, not 15 minutes. yes, bus stop is right infront of the door. The bathroom is exactly as in the pictures which is 1 m x 3 metres. We provide minimum 2 towels per person per week. We have a new bus company operator in Malta and initially tickets could only be sold from Valletta, Qawra and airport. Now they have included other selling points gradually. On arrival we meet our guests and give them our contact details which includes telephone, facebook, what s app and email. We can be reached 24 hrs a day. we did pass by to check if all was ok however you were not at the apartment so we left you a note. Also we sent you a welcome note the following day of your arrival to check if you need anything and if all is ok. We then do not bother our guests further...we let our guests enjoy their stay...we hope you will be our guests again! Ruth and Neville

“Замечательное место, превосходный отдых!!!”

Мы приехали с супругой на Мальту на 20 дней к друзьям и встретить День рождение. Арендовав эту квартиру на 5 этаже мы получили все, что хотели получить от жилья на Мальте, лифт, три балкона с прекрасным видом на море и город Бужиббу, полностью укомплектованная кухня, стиральная машина и интернет и современный ТВ. Замечательное расположение в 2 минутах ходьбы до центра, рестораны и магазины в 100 метрах от дома. Возможно тем кто поедет в июне-сентябре стоит обратить внимание на отсутствие кондиционеров есть только напольные вентиляторы, хотя возможно их установят т.к. квартира практически новая и они там предусмотрены, но пока их нет да и в апреле они не нужны. Квартиру мы арендовали через агенство, Руф представитель агенства была очень внимательна к нашим пожеланиям и просьбам чем заслужила нашу глубокую благодарность.

Cozy and luxurious

Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views overlooking a small harbour. We had gorgeous weather in the middle of January! so we were often basking in the afternoon sun on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine. The apartment was well equipped, very clean up to our standards and right next to a bus stop which gives you access to the whole island - we bought a bus card for 21eur which gives you unlimited travel for 7 days which was perfect and easy for us to see everything. I hope we return next year. We will be in touch with Neville and Ruth who were great hosts! Thanks a lot for making our holiday what is was - relaxing and stress free!

Lovely apartment with a view to die for.

We were picked up from the airport as arranged by Neville. We found that the flat had everything that you could possibly want and when we asked for a non stick frying pan, it was provided within a day. The top thing about the flat is the wonderful view, you just never tire of looking out over the harbour. Neville and his assistants were superb and were very quick to answer the odd enquiry that we had. Bus stops are right outside the door and you can get to anywhere on the island. We hired a car and there was ample parking on the road outside. On the far corner of the harbour is a superb cafe, serving food and drink all day and into the evening. There is also a fruit and veg kiosk adjacent to the cafe selling super fresh produce. We stayed for 2 months and enjoyed every single minute and have no hesitation in recommending Harbour Lights.

Great and comfortable apartment on St.Paul's bay

The apartment is spacious and bright, close to the sea. It has a nice balcony with a grate view of the bay, where you can sit in a sunny day. There is a lift in the house. The surroundings are fairly quiet and safe. Bus stops are literally outside the door of the house and you can get to any place in Malta easy. The apartment is clean and comfortable, well maintained and equipped with all the necessary appliances. The wireless connection is free and very good. The managing staff is friendly and helpful, responding without delay to any problem. I am very pleased with my stay in Malta. Malta is a unique place with so many things to see and so many nice places for walking. I will visit the same apartment again and will recommend it to my friends.

This property is in a quiet area of St Pauls Bay. The more tourist areas of Bugibba and Qawra are 15 minutes on foot. Parking is much easier in this area and so ideal for those renting a car. The bus stop is just in front of the apartment block and reaching the North and South of Malta is easy. The view from the balcony and front room of this apartment is enchanting. Guests fall in love with the view and area and many return. The view at night of most seafront properties is pitch dark sea. This apartment enjoys the reflections in the sea of the lights of opposite Xemxija coast. Thus we named it Harbour Lights! This property also enjoys a small swimming area just 150 m away which is ideal for a quick swim after a day sightseeing or for a morning reviving swim!

The apartment is located in the old fishing village of St Paul's Bay, and is in front of the old fishing harbour still full of colourful traditional Luzzu boats. Some parts of the village have developed touristic areas but the village kept its old charm. The apartment is in a residential area. In the village centre, 900m away from the apartment one can find all kinds of shops, and entertainment (bars/restaurants, nightcubs, casino, watersports). Golden sandy beaches are just 1 bus away. Ferries that go to Gozo and Comino (or one day cruise) depart from nearby. The bus stop is in front of the apartment and so is a rocky beach. The location of the apartment and penthouse is ideal of honeymooners, families with children, retired couples or group of friends. There is plenty of on street parking(free). Renting a car is not necessary. Most historic sites are 1 bus away. There are also long promenades for long walks and a picturesque countryside to discover. Activities are infinite.

Other Activities: name it we have it! Except snow!

Golf: The The Royal Malta Golf Club, is situated in Marsa. The area is not touristic and there are no accommodation facilities within walking distance. Thus most golfers choose our seafront apartments in the heart of the best tourisitic areas.

Ski: Just water skiing in Malta!!!!

Swimming can be done in a small bay just 100m from the apartment. The best sandy beaches are all 10 min by bus away. Also one can take one day cruises from a nearby jetty. Swimming in winter can be also done in heated pools around the island. If you are interested in some activity in Malta kindly do not hesitate to ask for information.
