The flats are located in a residential area of West Kensington in a Victorian Terrace property.
All two bedroom flats have two bathrooms and can accommodate 4 person, some flats have sofa bed for children/teenagers only and can therefore accommodate 5. All flats have fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryers - some have dishwashers. TV and wi-fi broadband access is available in all flats free of charge.

Perfect, quiet location
We arrived very early and were able to get the keys and check in. George was very helpful and kind. The flat is large and everything was easily available. There were plenty of towels and clean, comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. We felt like we lived there! The shower in the room with the twin beds may need the shower head cleaned out. Not much water pressure, but we dealt with that ok. The tube and a wonderful mall are just about two blocks away and everything so convenient. We loved our stay! Thanks so much.
Convenient, comfortable and quiet flat
The flat is in a quiet neighbourhood and has everything ; close to bus stops and the tube. Westfield mall is a short walk away. The only thing is the wifi connection is a bit spotty.
Excellent apartment with everything needed!
We stayed in the ground level two bedroom with two baths and were very happy with our stay. We had no trouble booking, no trouble communicating, and an easy check in and out.
The apartment is in an older building in nice condition. The bathrooms are very modern and large by London standards. Really nice. The kitchen is newer and in good condition as well. It was nice having ice. Beds and bedding in both rooms are in good condition and comfortable.
The apartment is easily accessible with maybe a single step up from the street, and then its on that level.
George and Georgia were helpful and friendly and the location is great.
The apartment was very clean on arrival. I'm glad we picked this one and would return.
We would recommend The Richmond pub for football on tv and a drink (very little food, friendly staff).
We had an excellent english breakfast called The Full Mustard at Mustard (full service restaurant)
Fish and chips with a great selection of fish at Kerbisher and Malt. Small and modern.
Cheap diner cafe we liked was Brook Green Cafe (they serve a broad inexpensive menu). Very plain facility.
Our favorite pub is a few stops away near Lancaster Gate tube stop on the central line. The Swann.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat on Sinclair Gardens met every expectation
The ground floor flat on Sinclair Gardens, West Kensington was excellent and set the tone for a wonderful holiday in London and points beyond in England. Communication with the owner, Georgia, was always prompt, and all my pesky questions were answered without hesitation. Check-in information was detailed and provided early enough to preclude arrival anxiety. The owner's agent, George, was courteous, welcoming, and explained much about the apartment and the neighborhood. He was also invaluable in arranging livery service from the airport to and from Heathrow airport.
The flat was perfect for 2 couples. With 2 bathrooms, there was never an issue. Living room was plenty comfortable for all to relax after a full day of touring. Kitchen and amenities were perfectly suited for our needs. The flat was clean and well maintained. The flat is only 1/4 mile from the Shepherds Bush underground station/transportation station, which makes it super convenient to get to any point in London. Two excellent pubs(Havelock Tavern and Bird in the Hand) are also only a 1/4 mile walk from the flat. Grocery shopping is also convenient at the nearby Morrison's.
My wife and I, and her parents were completely satisfied with the flat itself, the location and the entire booking process. No hesitation in recommending this property to anyone looking for a good value in London.
Perfect location, fantastic apartment.
We had a fantastic stay at Sinclair Gardens. The location at Shepherds Bush on the Central Line was so easy for central London.
The flat suited our family of 4 just right. It was clean an light with great beds, too bad jet lag kept waking the 7 year old up at 3 am.
If we ever return to London we will be calling Georgia for the Sinclar Gardens apartments.
Would stay here again
This is an easy walk to Shepherd's Bush station. Georgia met us at her flat with keys and a smile and walked us to the rental flat where she had plenty of tips and suggestions to make our stay comfortable. The flat is well appointed with everything you'll need for a short or long stay. It's a quiet neighborhood with lots of foot traffic making it feel safe and friendly. Groceries are available across the street from the tube at Morrisons grocery. And there is a small Marks and Spencer located in a BP just another block down. A huge Marks and Spencer is in the Westfield mall located next door to the station. All very easy. Georgia is good for quick communication and seems eager to help. Thanks, Georgia, for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

The property is located in Sinclair Gardens West Kensington W14 a residential area of London close to Holland Park and Olympia. The location is serviced by 3 Underground Stations - Shepherds Bush (Central Line), Olympia (District Line) or Hammersmith (Piccadilly Line) which are all within easy access. There are also numerous buses to central London locations, such as Marble Arch, Oxford Street, High Street Kensington, South Kensington, Westminster, Victoria. The flats are within walking distance or a bus ride to Portobello Market and fashionable Holland Park. There are shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs in the immediate area as well as the large Westfield shopping centre, cinema complex. The flats are also within easy reach of Heathrow or Gatwick airport.
