The flat can accommodate 4 persons and both bedrooms have zip and link twin beds (or super king size bed). 2nd bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and also a single sofa bed suitable for child or teenager only. There is a £25p/w additional charge for this. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. Large equipped kitchen and reception with dinning for 4. Overall good location and very clean with washer and dryer and kitchen.

Neighborhood is noisy at night, you can hear cars passing by and also can hear neighbors above and below you. But George is very helpful when we complained and he got the neighbor to quiet down. It is close to the tube and also to one of the largest mall so grocery shopping and eating or even food delivery is easy. Overall we enjoyed our stay. One Smaller bathroom shower only my husband could use. Need upgrades on the mattress, kitchen is well equipped. Internet is on and off.. not too great. But George and Georgia are great!

Owner's Response: With regard to noisy neighbours - unfortunately, the neighbours above moved in that week and had guest over. They were apologetic for playing music after 11am as this is actually prohibited in their lease. I have not had any complaints of noise from neighbours below as underneath the bedroom is another bedroom (also they clients staying for 4 nights at the time were regular clients who have rented a flat in my house and I have never had noise from them?). The flats are within a Victorian built building and are terraced so there is a possibility of hearing neighbours I am afraid as we are unable to completely soundproof them. With regard to the noise from the street I am a little surprised, the flat is located in a residential street so there is certainly not heavy car traffic and the flat is 2 floors above the street. It is London, so there will be cars driving by! With regard to mattress, the smaller bedroom mattresses are new and were purchased 6 months ago! along with the chair bed in the larger bedroom which again was purchased recently at the same time as the mattresses. The larger bedroom mattresses are a few years old.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos deux séjours en Juillet et Aout dans un appartement très confortable, spacieux, d'une très grande propreté et calme. La literie est parfaite dans les deux chambres. L'appartement est très proche de toutes les facilités de transport (métro et nombreux bus). Plusieurs magasins d'alimentation sont également à proximité au sein d'un très beau centre commercial. Un grand merci à Georgio toujours agréable et disponible.

Such a classy, comfortable, and peaceful flat!

My sister and our husbands shared this lovely flat for a week! The place was tastefully decorated, spacious, and just very welcoming. It had everything we needed - a kichen with an oven, microwave, and a washer/dryer combo. The family room was the perfect and peaceful haven for two couples to decompress after a fun but long day of sightseeing! It was conveniently close to the Tube station and stores. The beds were awesomely comfortable. There was a great cross breeze in the evenings when the windows were open. We felt very safe. One of the best perks of the flat was the caretakers! Georgia and George, responded quickly when we had a question or needed something. It is a super deal and we would stay there again in a minute!

Great location, calm and all we needed!

We went for a longer weekend to London with family, 2 adults and 5 and 8 years old daughters, and decided to rent this apartment. The area was kind of known since we have been there before and it turned out to work perfectly for us with some 5-10 minutes walk only from underground and busses!

The apartment is of OK size for 4 ppl and especially thinking of that it is London 😁 It was clean, calm, modern bathrooms and good kitchen and more or less all that we needed. Also service from the caretakers were just great!

Only thing to "complain" on was perhaps that in the bedroom facing the steeet there are two single beds put together and they are standing on weels and one of the beds were very easy to move and moved during night when the children slept there. But really minor problem. The other bedroom is smaller and rather small double bed but worked for us.

The Westfield shopping center next to Shepherds bush stations is also great and our children just loved KidZanai that is available in the shopping center.

Would reccomend this place for sure and who knows, we perhaps will come back😁

Owner's Response: Sorry about the beds, yes they do roll and we have castor cups to stop this but a couple were somehow broken by someone we do have new ones now.

Perfect place to stay

I stayed in the 5th floor flat for 5 days and absolutely loved it. It had everything I needed and it was cosy and very quiet. The location is perfect and only a short walk to the underground and Westfield mall.

Somerset Gardens

The unit was perfect for our family of 4 and a great place to rest while exploring the city of London. A quick walk tube station, grocery store and Westfield Mall. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was already in the unit, we just showed up with our suit cases. We used the kitchen to prepare meals several times during our stay. The wifi and cable tv were used extensively. It was a wonderful, comfortable stay.
