Ground floor apartment, new build 2007. Complex has 5 communal pools for residents & quests only. One is just 3ft deep & has steps the full width ideal for children & adults alike. Ideally situated within walking distance of beaches, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants including Italian, Chinese, Spanish & excellent English carvery. The apartment has living/dining area, extendible table with 6 chairs. TV 32' LCD with 66 English speaking Sat channels ,DVD player, Sony mini system CD/MP3 compatible, input socket for Ipod. Sofa bed& two directors chairs etc. The kitchen is fully equipped & fitted with all essentials - ceramic hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron/ironing board. Apartment air conditioned with hot or cold and bathrooms have underfloor heating. Master bedroom has double bed, 2nd TV,fitted wardrobes & ensuite with double sinks bath & shower over. Bedroom 2 has twin beds fitted wardrobes and bathroom with shower basin&WC

SURROUNDING AREA: There are three communal pools surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, with water features,& decking for sun bathing. As evening draws in the pools are illuminated & lanterns are attractively placed around the complex. The terrace which looks onto two of the three pools is complete with table & chairs for your relaxation.. The Punta Prima beach is the nearest as seen on the pictures and is only 5 minutes walk away and another 200mts close to the Nautilus Bar Restaurant. In fact there are a number of beaches within a short drive away.Torrevieja can be reached by walking along the beach (approx 1 hour) and also still in Torrevieja, there a number of beautiful beaches here. A local bus goes to Torrevieja frequently & costs around 1 Euro, bus stop is at the top of the road. A short distance takes you to golf courses at Villamartin, Campoamor & Las Rambles. Several other courses can be reached within approximately 30 mins drive, La Manga course is only 45 mins drive.

FURTHER DETAILS: Within a short walking distance you will find restaurants shops,supermarkets, internet cafes, banks & GoKarting. A short drive will take you to La Flamenca, La Zenia & Cabo Roig all have lovely beaches, shopping, bars & restaurants.

On Saturday morning there is a large market at La Flamenca .Also in the opposite direction you could drive or take a bus to Torrevieja with its lined promenade & beaches.Along the promenade there are numerous bars & restaurants & adjacent lots of stalls for shopping.There is a market on Saturday mornings & is said to be the biggest market in Europe Nearby is the commercial centre called Habineres where you can shop to you drop. Also towards San Javier is the shopping centre Dos Mares which is equally as large.A must to see is Mar Menor taking approximately 30 Mins.Places to visit include Murcia or Cartagena at around 40-45 mins.On the outskirts of Torrevieja there is an Aqua Park & Bowling Alley Also the Park of Nations which makes a great outing.

This apartment was everything we could have wished for. It was exactly as described - probably even better!! My communication with Orville and Jackie was very friendly and helpful. We had a very relaxed and enjoyable holiday. The beach and supermarkets were with walking distance. There was also a bus service to Torrevieja which ran hourly and cost only 1.10 Euros. Within walking distance there were a number of places to enjoy a meal, either at lunchtime or during the evening. The ground floor apartment looked out onto one of the three superb pools on the complex. The apartment itself was brilliant and had everying you could wish for to compliment a brilliant holiday. I would unreservably recommend this apartment and intend to make a return visit at the earliest opportunity.

Lovely apartment

My husband and I have just stayed in this apartment and would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to travel to Punta Prima.

It was a home from home and the owners have thought of everything you could want even down to a memory foam mattress topper for a comfortable nights sleep.

The terrace overlooking the pool is amazing and we will definitely re-book next time we are staying in the area.

Great apartment

Just returned from a lovely relaxing holiday in this apartment, which is well-stocked with everything you could need. It was perfect for me as I have a 2yo so having the children's pool - which she loved - just outside was great. Also, having two bathrooms was great.

The complex is also very secure with security guards patrolling all day and evening. There is a beach 5 min walk away which although small was good enough for us, and a wide variety of restaurants a short walk away. We often ate in the Nautilus on the promenade, but other nights we cooked for ourselves in the great kitchen.

We didn't venture out much as we just wanted to relax, but did take a trip to the market in Playa Flamenca on Saturday.

Thank you Orville for your speedy responses so that we could book at short notice, and also to Paul for his assistance while we were at the apartment and for driving us to the airport. I would definitely consider returning.

Modern apartment, great location

This was our second stay at Orville's apartment. Its very modern and well equipped. There are now 4 pools in the complex and the beach is within walking distance. There's lots to do in the local area.

Cracking Apartment Indeed

Fantastic. Really was. Extremely spacious. Travelled in a group of four and the two bathrooms was a godsend. Kitchen and Terrace was huge in comparison to other places we have stayed in around Punta Prima/Playa Flamenca area. Key handover was straight forward and the apartment is decorated tastefully and in a simple fashion to suit all. Pool Area is Superb with visible security, which is reassuring. Have already looked into returning. Highly recommended.

Modern comfortable apartment

We had a very relaxing week at Orville and Jackie's apartment. These apartments are very well made and modern. This one overlooks the pool which is great for eating on the terrace. Its about 5 mins walk to one of two small beaches. There are 3 pools in the complex which are clean and well designed. There is a security guard and community security keeping order. Out of the main summer season the apartments are quiet and peaceful. Its just a short drive to the supermarket or restaurants.

Owner's Response: Yet another good review, for those how don't have a car we provide a two wheeled shopping bag for you to bring home hat ever you want but don't waste money on water as tap water is fine, we only use bottled water for drinking as tap water does not taste as good,
