Perfect family stay

Everything we needed and more for our stay in Kissimmee. Check in was easy and all instructions easy to follow. Property was a great size for a family of 4 and the little pool perfect for those morning dips before heading out. Windsor hills is ideally placed for all the parks etc. Everything worked as it should and we would definitely recommend!! 5 stars all round

Great townhouse close to Disney

Fantastic townhouse perfect for a family stay when visiting Disney. The house had everything you could want, comfy living, 3 en-suite bedrooms and your own pool. Around 10-15 mins drive from the theme parks. We had such a great start would definitely stay again. Thanks so much what a gem!!

Book it - it's really good!!!

The pictures do not do the property justice! It is very generously proportioned. Huge master bedroom with great en suite bathroom. Really nice open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area that opens out onto the pool - which isn't massive but big enough to cool off in the afternoon! Comfy sofas and very clean. Would definitely go to this property again! Great location in Windsor Hills (5 minute walk from the main pool in the complex). Windsor Hills is a 20 minute drive to Universal Studios if the traffic is light and nearer to 30 minutes if busy. Loads of eating places nearby (short drive) on the 192 (recommend TGI Fridays!). Overall a great location and lovely place to stay! Thanks

2023 Family Vacation

This was a good property super close to all the Disney parks. I would have given this property a 5 star rating but there were some things that can be improved. When we arrived check-in took about 25mins because the owner didnt have our name correct so we had to wait for him to call security to get us in. I messaged the owner because the shower head was broken down stairs.....no reply. So we had to take turns taking showers upstairs. I wouldn't let the kids swim in the private pool because it looked filthy, but I was okay with that because the main pool was amazing. The condo had everything we needed and was very affordable. Nice gated, secure neighborhood. All in all I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Nice property -- But some inconsistencies

Great place. The property manager was quick to connect before check-in, but then didn't answer any more via VRBO inbox. No cleaning supplies in the house whatsoever, and check-out instructions were to start towels and clean dishes. We had to buy laundry detergent and DW soap. House pool had no heat. The property itself was great.

We keep coming back to sunny Orlando for family vacations. We used to stay at expensive hotel resorts such as Hyatt Grand Cypress and Hilton Bonnet Creek. However during our last vacation, we stayed at a Windsor Hills TownHome for an entire week and loved it so much that we ended up buying one for ourselves!

What makes this property unique

Upscale resort, nicely maintained, close to theme parks, shopping, dining and golf attractions. Minutes from Downtown Disney (Disney Springs) and Celebration where we love to spend our evenings while in Orlando.
