BEST BEACH TRIP EVER!
Location, Location, Location. Beautiful beachfront property with a private beach feel - very few people actually on the beach. Great green space for kids and adults to play yard games. Loved that there were NO stairs, just a short ramp from the yard to the beach. Fantastic house with everything you can think of. Easily accommodated our family of 8 adults and 6 children 3 years old and under. Incredible master suite takes up the entire 2nd floor. Wonderful place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Nature preserve across the street keeps this area of the beach very secluded. Great hot tub on expansive deck. We enjoyed eating in for breakfast, lunch and dinner - no need to go out and miss the evening beach views. We all hope to return next year!

DESCRIPTION
Ocean Blue is a stunning two-story beachfront home that has become very popular with families for Vacations, Reunions, Birthdays, Anniversaries etc. Our ideal location in S. Ponte Vedra (across the Guana River and Preserve) makes this lovely stretch of a beach feel like a private oasis.
This wonderful 4,700 sq ft. home boasts a huge 2nd floor Master Suite and deck with fabulous ocean views. Walls of glass on the ocean sideline the Master, the living/kitchen/dining area as well as the den. The very spacious ground floor deck and the large flat yard with the ocean backdrop are ideal for family reunions. Guests are often surprised at the lovely furniture very rarely found in a beach rental. We are often told that the home (particularly the living/dining/kitchen area) is substantially larger than it appears in the photos. Multiple families can prepare meals in the spacious kitchen, watch TV on our 60" flat screen Hi-def TV, enjoy conversation around the fireplace, play games at the dining table without ever feeling cramped. The Kitchen contains virtually everything one could envision to cook large meals. Beyond the standard pots/pans, utensils, etc it is stocked with a Keurig & coffee machine (with a starter of K-cups, creamers & filters), large stock pots, baking trays, juicer, fondue sets, champagne glasses, tin foil, zip locks, etc., etc. The home is equipped with a couple of pack-n-plays (one with a crib attachment), & a high chair. Please ask about the crib & we will provide crib sheets! We also provide a 6-wheel "up-cart" (to wheel suitcases to the house/up to Master), first aid kits, sewing materials for last-minute repairs, multiple steam irons, shoe polishes, toothbrushes, flashlights, batteries. etc. There are loads of board games for young & old, poker table set, puzzles & books. For the outdoors, we have several tables/chairs for outdoor dining, BBQ, beach chairs, umbrellas, ample beach towels for all, cooler, boogie boards & beach toys. We also have spikeball & you're welcome to request ladder golf (ladder toss) and corn hole. We also have a fire pit and a hot tub! The outdoor shower has cold/hot water & shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. IF YOU HAVE ANY REQUESTS (that do not require much space to house them) PLEASE ASK & WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO PROVIDE THEM.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The MASTER bedroom suite encompasses the entire second floor of the home. The King bed is outfitted with luxurious beddings, a 3" topper and lovely, romantic pillows & throws, a 55" Roku flat-screen TV, a full-length mirror, and white couches around the gas fireplace. The adjoining outdoor covered terrace is the perfect place to view stunning sunrises and passing dolphins as well as beautiful sunsets over the Guana River & Preserve. Four bedrooms (3 with private baths) are on the ground floor. One has two Queens & a twin (sleeps 5), another has a King & two twins with trundles (sleeps 6) & a third has a single Queen bed (sleeps 2). The 4th room on the ground floor has a queen & a twin (sleeps 3). It is within steps of the guests' bathroom and can share the shower of either of the other two bedrooms or use the outdoor shower which has hot water and is complete with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Teens love this room as it has a large TV & opens right out to the deck & the beach beyond. All bedrooms have flat-screen TV's with X1 Platform and all ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.
Families love to gather around the wonderful fire pit which provides a lovely ambiance after dinner.
Ocean Blue is located on a lovely and very private stretch of Ponte Vedra Beach given that across A1A is the Guana River State Park with a large tidal estuary and a bird and wildlife preserve. Such a vast game preserve produces huge numbers of pelicans, ospreys, egrets, cranes, and wood-storks which fly over the house and feed in the ocean behind the house and the marsh in front of it. The beach is incredibly private given that the closest public parking is 1 1/2 miles away. Excellent restaurants are only minutes away! If you own a Tesla enjoy the peace of mind of in-house charging!
