This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1100 square foot cottage house, sits perched above Peach Orchard park, and has its own private path leading to the water only 100 meters away. There are unobstructed and expansive views of the water, and of the mountain side of Naramata. The cottage is super cozy, the property is very private, and situated on 1 acre of land. All brand new and top of the line beds will allow for a great nights rest after a great day on the water, or just a relaxing day sipping great wine at one of the 100 plus wineries of the Okanagan. This cottage has all the makings of a very memorable summer holiday. Don't miss out!

Cute cottage

The cottage is definitely a throw back to the original. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and staying there. The view is fantastic as it is directly across the street from a park and boat launch. Good thing for the ceiling fan and air conditioning window unit because the cottage would certainly be uncomfortable on summer days without with them. The morning sun floods the cottage which was quite nice. The cottage isnt anything fancy but has what you need and is in an excellent location with an amazing view and comfortable beds. Shaun is super attentive and the check in process was simple. We will certainly stay there again.

Wonderful cottage close to the water

Great spot for walking to the beach for a swim, short drives for wine tasting, and enjoying time on the deck with the wonderful view of the lake.

Wonderful!

This holiday was much much needed and this place did not disappoint! Wonderful views, charming and quaint house with all the amenities one would need. Location was perfect and I hope this place never changes. Looking forward to coming back!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this cottage because it had that "special" factor that can't be mistaken. The property is private, and boasts amazing views of the water. The cottage is full of all the charms of a 95 year old home, including the original douglas fir flooring, an enclosed front porch, that you can spend an entire day just laying around in, while reading a great book, or just staring at the water. The vine covered patio is a perfect place to escape the heat, and when the season is right you can sit and eat the grapes straight from the vine. This property is unlike most properties, and when you visit it you'll know why we were instantly drawn to it.
