Not what I expected. Safety issues, noise, house and property unkept. we were not allowed a refund, even with the Safety issues, so we're forced to stay our entire 10 days at this property:( the owners recommation was that my husband and I sleep in the living room on a futon to avoid the uneven unsafe stairs (13 uneven stairs to our room). luckily no one was seriously hurt. The property may be ok for a bunch of college kids but not safe for mid to older adults, i could go on but that was the major issue:( I also lost hours of my vacation trying to remedy this for my family.

Ok for a short stay

3 families spent 2 nights at this property. If we were staying longer, we likely would’ve left to find another property. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which was severely clogged in both the shower and the toilet. The toilet was unusable and the shower flooded the entire bathroom if it was used. We did contact the host who advised us not to flush toilet paper. It is understandable that it would be difficult to get a plumber to service the home in short notice in Culebra. However, 11 people using one bathroom was far from ideal. The view from the home is beautiful, however we had rain often and we weren’t able to use the roof top patio as much as we would have liked to. The house does sleep many people however, the common space indoors is very small and we we’re definitely tripping over each other. We anticipated being outside more and only using the home for sleep but again due to rain that wasn’t possible. I also feel that it’s important to note that although a/c was perfect the windows do not fully close and the roosters were loud throughout the night. Overall, the home was as expected but I am grateful we did not book it for more than 2 nights.
