Pease Bay House is a unique property featuring a large infinity pool and a private tennis court. Walking through the front entrance, guests are greeted by the villa's glorious ocean views of the Caribbean Sea, a truly unforgettable first impression. Architectural finishes throughout the villa include travertine marble floors, mahogany columns and walls, plantation shutters, and privacy blinds in each bedroom.
A large thatched beach cabana with a hammock will beckon those in need of relaxation or an afternoon nap. Children can comb the shoreline in each direction looking for shells, treasures, and sea-glass. It would be rare to see a soul on the beach with the exception of your immediate neighbor to the west.
Complimentary light housekeeping is provided Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for an effortless escape. The villa's chef may be engaged in advance for meal service except for winter holiday stays. Chef and butler service are popular add-on options to elevate your stay.

Pease Bay House is only 10-12 minutes from the Countryside Shopping Village in Savannah, where you will find a large grocery store, as well as a pharmacy, wine shop, gym, bank, restaurants, and take-away eateries.
The Grand Cayman Villas private fitness center, exclusive to only our villa guests, is 10 minutes away and features cardio equipment, weights, universal, bands, rowers, bikes, and a yoga studio.
Pease Bay House is a non-smoking villa. No pets are permitted.
The owner requests no weddings or events with invited guests.

***GETTING AROUND***
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft in Cayman. For rental cars, we recommend Avis, Marshalls, or Hertz.
Pease Bay House is approx. 30 minutes (13 miles) from the airport, GCM. The villa's location is closer to George Town and Seven Mile Beach than the homes in Rum Point and North Side.
15 minutes to the west you'll find a large grocery store, Fosters, as well as restaurants, fast food options, and a pharmacy.
20 minutes to the east you'll find more restaurants, two beach resorts (Morritt's and the Wyndham Reef), plus the island's top dive operators, Ocean Frontiers and Tortuga Divers.
***VILLA CLEANING***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
***BEACH NOTES***
The villas in Pease Bay sit on the southeast coast and offer great reef-protected snorkeling. Being on the south coast the water tends to be very calm.
The water entry behind Pease Bay House is both sandy & rocky for the first 3-8 feet. We recommend all guests wear foot protection when entering the water. This is a reef-protected marine environment and the snorkeling can be wonderful, even in shallow waters.
***ISLAND BEACH NOTES***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.
The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
***OCEAN DEBRIS & SARGASSUM SEAWEED***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.
