Enjoy beachfront accommodations directly on the sand at Treasure Island. You experience the most incredible Sunsets you have ever seen from your private third floor balcony, and probably catch a free Dolphin show while you do.

The Island Inn Resort is located on the Southern end of Treasure Island, with easy access to plenty of great shops and restaurants either by the Trolley or by a casual walk along the sand. The resort features a beach-side heated pool and Tiki bar, free Gas BBQ grills, and a fun and relaxing atmosphere.

This tastefully updated and comfortable beachfront stateroom is ready and available for your Florida vacation. Furnished with two full size beds, additional padded chairs for relaxing, a dining area setup with space for four, updated kitchenette with full size refrigerator and two burner stove, and a Gulf front private balcony. All linens and towels are provided, the kitchen is equipped with necessary cooking and dining supplies, and we even provide a couple of beach chairs and some beach goodies.

Great stay April 2024

Very comfy and relaxing stay. Great location--close access to the beach, shops, restaurants. The beds were comfy, great chairs on the balcony to enjoy the sunset over the gulf, nice kitchen setup. Staff was nice and very helpful.

40rh anniversary

Perfect view room size, storage, kitchenette, beds were nice. Chairs on balcony were a bonus! Mold on curtains, shower and bathroom were nasty and molded. Closet door would not slide, fans ran all the time chain broke and lots of cob webs on ceiling. Not sure who is managing or owns this unit but it needs to be fixed. The mold smell when you opened the vanity drawers was awful.

Great location. Beautiful views.

Yes, this place is real! We stayed in March 2024, five years since the last review. It's been updated enough to make it completely functional for our near-week vacay. The two queen beds weren't oozing with cushy-ness, but we woke every morning rested and ready for the day. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. At these places we make breakfasts, sometimes enjoying leftovers from lunch or dinner the previous day. We make happy hour tapas & drinks then soak in the great view. We liked the 3rd floor - fast to climb the stairs and enough vantage to enjoy the water views. During March we saw a lot of pelicans in action; they were really fun to watch. We enjoy walking. The beach has beautiful sand, fun seashells. Easy to walk to restaurants in central Treasure Island and also the north side of St Pete Beach. I'm thankful for the included parking. The location is a great springboard to drive to all sorts of fun places in the area. We also appreciated iTrips complimentary free admission to a bunch of area experiences. Rented cruiser bikes and rode to John's Pass and central St Pete Beach. One ticket into the Dali museum made it worthwhile for us to go. While not promised, a previous guest left two beach chairs - which was nice. Maybe someone will leave an umbrella for us next time ;)

Great room, location and view

We have visited the Island Inn for several years, however first time in this room. The room was well appointed and clean. I have just two comments about improvements. First, the shower hardware was difficult to turn on/off. In fact we could not get it turned off tightly and had to listed to the water running. Second, the second beach chair was not usable and that was disappointing. Minor issues, of course, still something that could be improved upon for future guests
