Guestbook comments from the manager

What a perfect stay! The fall colors were glorious and the view of the mountains was a joy. We’ve stayed in a number of private homes and this one is the best – spacious with wonderful architectural details, beautifully decorated, with personal touches that make you feel like a special guest in a friend’s home, rather than a stranger passing through. It was by far the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen, so cooking was a real pleasure. We shopped at Albertsons in Jackson – they even had short ribs –our benchmark for a great store! The location was very convenient for trips into Jackson and the Tetons. Be sure to visit the National Museum of Wildlife Art! (It’s just north of Jackson on the road into the Tetons.) Both the wonderful building and the glorious art are worth a stop on your way back from the Tetons. And lunch at Jenny Lake Lodge was an unexpected treat. Many thanks to Bill and Dede for sharing this special retreat with us.

What a Lovely, Clean and Comfortable Place!

  • 5 of 5

We really loved our stay! Everyone had a great time and there was more than enough room for our party of 2 couples and one individual. Beautiful home and Bill (the owner) was very attentive and cooperative.

August is a busy time in the Teton Valley and there was also a Total Solar Eclipse during our stay! Even so, we never had any real trouble getting around the area can handle people well. Great choice of areas if you're deciding between the Jackson Hole side and the Idaho side. Choose Idaho! And choose this place too.

Two thumbs up

  • 5 of 5

The home is beautifully decorated, with lots of space for the seven of us. Everything was as advertised and everything we needed was provided in the kitchen and the house in general. We loved the stream right beyond the back yard, the flowers were gorgeous, and the entire setting was very peaceful and private with trees, bushes and the stream in the backyard.

Bill and team were great to work with (even late at night). I would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Great location and beautiful surroundings but some things were lacking

  • 3 of 5

The location of this condo is great. It was convenient to many things and the backyard was as pretty as a picture.

When we arrived, however, we noticed there were a few issues with stains on towels, comfort of bed, etc. Thanks to Sherry, the issues were mostly taken care of.

The home is lovely but is in need of some maintenance. My pictures were provided to the owner so hopefully in time they will be taken care of.

All in all, we had a nice stay in Driggs.
