WELCOME TO THE ELYSIAN SUITE, a luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment set on the small, exclusive Beau View development of just 11 luxury properties. Quietly nestled into the hillside behind Coral Bay yet within five minutes' walk of local amenities, this lovely property has amazing sea views and large outside living spaces making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy an al fresco lifestyle.

From the front balcony you can enjoy spectacular panoramic sea views over the Mediterranean Sea, Coral Bay and the Paphos coastline. The large rear balcony is completely private and has a comfortable seating area, dining area, barbeque and sunbeds, creating a fabulous outdoor living space. Here you can relax in comfort, sunbathe in privacy, dine, or just enjoy life al fresco.

The property is furnished to a high standard in contemporary style and has been equipped for year round use. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and English TV (including films) and for winter lets there are duvets, fires etc. Towels and pool towels are provided and a small welcome pack will be there to greet you on arrival. It has been described as a 'home from home', an 'apartment with the benefits of a villa' and 'just what the doctor ordered'. Put simply, it is just a wonderful place to stay.

Why not relax and sunbathe on the sun terraces around the development's stunning infinity swimming pool, or enjoy the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea while you swim in the pool? Alternatively, you will find excellent sandy beaches, bars and restaurants at Coral Bay which is less than a ten minute drive away.

Peyia, a typical Cypriot village with attractive village square, is within five minutes' walk. Here you will find excellent local facilities including a bank, well stocked supermarket, bars and restaurants.

If you are feeling more adventerous you explore the Akamas Peninsular in a 4 x 4 or on a quad bike. Watersports and golf are available nearby and you can enjoy boat trips from Paphos and Latchi. Alternatively, why not drive to Nicosia and cross the border to the Turkish side of Cyprus with its bazaars and wonderful architecture, it is a fabulous day out. Details of this and much more will be found in the apartment. Cyprus is a wonderful place to explore and you can do as much or as little as you wish.

I like to give my guests first class customer service and will do everything I can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I can also help with car hire and airport transfers and can advise on things to do, helping you to craft your perfect holiday. The property is fully managed and I am extremely fortunate to have excellent local property managers who will look after you (and the apartment) during your stay. They can advise you on restaurants, places to visit etc.

I am very pleased to be able to offer you this lovely property. I bought the property some years ago with the aim of using it myself and also sharing it with others.

I have furnished the property to a very high standard and it is fully equipped with everything you will need for both summer and winter lets. More than anything I want to make sure you have a wonderful holiday and I am very keen to have my 'regulars' who will regard it as their 'home from home' as well. I will make sure you have the best possible time.

Cyprus is a lovely place to visit with almost year round sunshine, friendly people and many good restaurants. I love it!

I live in West Sussex, close to Gatwick Airport, so that I can come and go easily. My commitment to you is that I will give you first class customer service and I will do everything I can to make sure you have a good holiday. We have a local property manager who will look after you during your stay and to make sure that everything is kept in order.

I do hope you will consider staying at this lovely apartment, I don't think you will regret it!

Excellent holiday

We have just returned from a great holiday in Cyprus.

The apartment was exactly as described on the website. The vIews were spectacular and it was great to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the sun go down.

Jane gave us lots of great recommendations including for car hire, which was very straightforward compared to others we have used before.

The apartment was decorated to an excellent standard and the outside areas are a real bonus.

Peyia is a lovely village with numerous traditional inexpensive tavernas all within a 5 minute walk away.

Overall, this is a 5 star apartment in a lovely area and we will definitely return.

fantastic holiday property......Best we have stayed in

Stayed here for 2 weeks in May , the apartment was a real home from home, everything you could wish for was supplied. As described the property is in an ideal location with beautiful views down to Coral Bay and only a few hundred yards from Peyia Town Square and restaurants / Bars / Supermarket. The owner gave all her attention to detail, and was so helpful with local places to visit and directions etc, thank you Jane.

Hope to return next year.

Stunning apartment with amazing views

The apartment was everything that we had hoped from the details on the website, and more. Views were spectacular and it was great to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the sun go down. Jane made sure that all details were looked after, including a great recommendation for car hire, which was very straightforward compared to others we have used with competitive rates.

The apartment was decorated to a very high standard, was really comfortable, and catered for everyone, with plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen and lovely bathrooms.

The area is great, there's plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk, and a fully stocked supermarket nearby.

The pool is well maintained, sun beds are comfortable, and beach towels are provided so you don't have to bring your own.

Overall, a great place and we will be back when we visit Paphos again.

First class

I stayed with my friend Jane, the owner of the property, and although I already knew she had impeccably high standards, I was still struck by the attention to detail and her ongoing thoughtfulness regarding incoming holidaymakers. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, luxurious and spacious (more so than the photos would suggest). It's in a lovely position in the complex, with far reaching sea views, and everything you could possibly need has been provided for a perfect holiday. I would recommend it unconditionally.

Total r and R Just what we needed!

My wife and I with our appendages (aging from 21-25) had a great week in October and we lacked for nothing! I can only endorse what has already been said about this apartment, its location, the owners, the caretaker and its aspect. Jane from the start was extremely helpful with every detail. Her information was 'spot on' from hiring a car, getting to the apartment from the airport, shopping for essentials, restaurants etc etc. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. The pool and the pool area was not claustrophobic or intrusive. It was clean, fresh and ideal to chill out. We hired a car, which we were glad we did and toured a little around the island going up into the mountains, eating at vineyards and witnessing some spectacular views. We also used local restaurants which were inexpensive and within strolling distance or a short drive from the apartment. A supermarket was only a few minutes' away with a car. If you are looking for an apartment, which is close to amenities but far enough out of a town to be quiet, pleasant with a wonder aspect look no further. We will definitely be returning.

This property is on the most beautiful development set high in the hills behind Coral Bay with spectacular views of Paphos, Coral Bay and the Mediterranean sea. I fell in love with the location and decided then that I wanted to buy the apartment but did not want it to be an average holiday property. I have set out to furnish this property to the highest possible standard and to think of the needs of the holidaymaker at every stage. It really is a lovely place to stay and you are only a few minutes walk from local shops/tavernas. The apartment has very large outdoor living space and a barbecue which sets it apart from other apartments. It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday and the views are amazing both during the day and at night.

Did you know that Cyprus enjoys 326 days of sunshine each year? Why not enjoy the spring flowers in April/May or the sunshine from June/September. October is considered to be one of the best months with sunshine and warm seas. November is Cyprus’s best kept secret with temperatures in the mid 20’s and many days of sunshine. People swim in the sea until Christmas and there is plenty of winter sunshine.

The traditional hillside village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the Paphos region. It is spread over a large area and the village centre is just a 3 minute walk from Beau View. Here you will find many good amenities including bars (with Wi-Fi) restaurants, takeaways, shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fishmonger, butcher and a bank with ATM machine. There is also a medical and dental centre in the village.

Coral Bay - with its sandy beaches, watersports, bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute drive way.

Akamas National Park - is a wonderfully unspoilt area to explore with deserted beaches and the famous Lara Beach with its turtle hatchery. (please note that a 4 x 4 is recommended if you are driving in the Akamas).

Latchi - is a wonderful place to visit; drive through the hills and vineyards behind Peyia until you drop down to the beautiful Bay of Aphrodite with stunning views over the hills and Mediterranean. Here you will find a picturesque harbour next to a number of good fish restaurants. You can also take a boat trip or try some watersports at Latchi.

Kathikas - is a charming Cypriot village set in the hills behind Peyia. It is well known for its excellent restaurants.

Paphos Harbour - is a lovely place to explore with its fort, fish restaurants and seaside walks. There are also beautiful mosaics next to the harbour.

Paphos old town - has a municipal market which is open in the mornings only.

Golf - there are four championship golf courses within a 40 minute drive of the property (Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley, Minthis Hills and Elea).

Rest and enjoy the sunshine - if this can be deemed as an activity!

Eating - is a must. There are many good restaurants in the area. There will be some details in the apartment, but one of the pleasures of Cyprus is trying out the local restaurants. Most of the bars/restaurants now have free Wi-Fi.
