Our two-bedroom apartment can comfortably sleep up to 6 people, Plus an additional travel cot - appropriate for a baby up to 18 months’ old - available on request. Our one-bedroom apartment is bright and spacious, accommodating up to 5 people, again with travel cot available on request.

The Tower Hill location is ideal for both business and leisure visitors alike. For business visitors, the City of London financial district is on our doorstep. For leisure visitors, Tower Hill’s environs are steeped in history, from Roman times onwards, through the invasion of William the Conquerer, to the terrible exploits of Jack the Ripper, a short distance east in Whitechapel. We then come right up to the present-day architecture of the Shard and the Gherkin, both of which are within less than a mile’s radius and easily accessible, by public transport, taxi or on foot.
The area is well served by literally 100's of local restaurants to suit all budgets and sophisticated wine bars and London pubs. Sight seeing and the Theatres of the WestEnd are easily accessible by tube, bus or short cab ride. We aim to ensure that our apartments feel like your home away from home and our location next to the majestic Tower of London will leave you with fantastic memories and wanting to return!
The views from each room within these elegant apartments located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of this small, quiet and exclusive residential building are spectacular. The nearby Thames path enable guests to take a relaxing walk along the embankment and take in magnificent views as they walk to nearby St Paul's Cathedral, The Tate Modern, Covent Garden and the West End beyond.
Tower Hill has an abundance of high quality restaurants, which cater to every palate and every wallet. A short stroll past the 'Beef Eaters' (guards of the Tower and the Crown Jewels) you will find St Katherine's Dock filled with swanky private yachts as well a wide selection of trendy eateries. Just across Tower Bridge at Butlers Wharf you will find Sir Terrance Conran's famous group of restaurants including 'Pont De La Tour' (Fish) and the 'Chop House' (contemporary English food). Both these locations offer alfresco dining by the river for that perfect romantic and memorable evening spent watching the world go by with friends and family.
Perfect for sightseeing and business trips: From our apartment you can easily visit all the famous sites without need for a car. Trafalgar Square, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament are approximately a 7 minute journey by Tube or 20 minutes by bus. This means that guests can easily access to the main tourist attractions such as St Paul's cathedral, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, as well as the National Gallery and British museum etc. Harrods and the hustle and bustle of all shopping along Oxford, Regent and Bond Streets are also a short journey by tube or bus but Tower Hill and the City also provide an extensive choice of shopping close by. The tour buses pass outside our front door if you want the thrill of seeing the sights from the famous London Red Bus!
The apartments are easily accessible from London's main airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stansted) by Tube, rail or bus within an hour.... and London City airport is just 25 mins using the Dockland Light railway

Great flat in a great location
This 1 bedroom flat was perfect for our family of 4 adults and was very accessible to the Tube and local attractions. The flat was very well kept and the host was extremely responsive. The caretaker met us upon arrival and even had milk, juice, and bread left for us to enjoy. I highly recommend this flat for your stay in London. Right around the corner from the Tower Hill tube station which made it very easy to get around all of London.
Wonderful Views, nice apartment and terrific location ...but.....
We stayed in the smaller apartment. The large windows open to let air in and overlooks the tower - gorgeous views both day and night. The kitchen was fully equipped though we didn't cook during our visit. Very easy access to tube and buses - lots of eateries nearby. WIFI worked great.
On the other side, our check-in was quite stressful. After a very long flight and uber ride to get to the apartment; it was not ready at 3pm as stated. Jane told us to come back in an hour. She let us put our bags in the apt first and I noticed there were no wash cloths "flannels". I asked for some and she gave me one. She went on and on about how previous people had used them to clean their shoes. I asked if she expected us to share it and she said it was up to us. We left and came back later as requested. When we returned she came in with the food that others have mentioned - bread, cookies, oj, milk and butter. She said she couldn't find any other flannels and asked what she wanted me to do. I asked if these should be provided as part of the rental and she said yes - so eventually she agreed to go buy one after again on and on about others using them on their shoes. She bot one and brought it back. It was hot pink and I spent a great deal of time washing and rinsing it to get the dye out before using it.
We also noticed the first evening that anytime we walked in the kitchen our socks or feet would become black. The floor was so dirty we covered it with paper towels so as not to get dirty. i"m not sure why we paid the cleaning fee as the dishwasher was filled with dishes and the floors were not clean. The large trash can in the kitchen smells very bad and so dirty we used paper towels whenever we wanted to open the lid. The shower has no shelving so you have to put your items on the shower floor....shampoo, soap, razor, etc - all on the floor. The shower wand is held to the rod with electrical tape and some sort of shoelace looking thing so you can't adjust it all.
When we awoke the first morning we went to have some juice and found the frig had been turned off and everything was warm. It took us some time to figure out how to turn it back on.
In the end, I can understand some broken items and even missing shelving but can't forgive the place being dirty. We were asked to check in after the stated time but the place had not been cleaned and had to argue with Jane to get basic items. Too stressful.
Beautiful views and outstanding location! The owner provided us everything we needed to feel very comfortable: kitchen equipment, laundry machines, bedding etc. Everything was very clean and new. He kindly offered to buy us a juice and milk when we arrived. We fell very happy and would love to come back one day!
Location, location, location!!!
We recently enjoyed 5 nights in the one bedroom apartment with our family of 5. My husband and I enjoyed the bedroom while the kids slept on the futons and a roll-away cot in the living room. Overall, the apartment is small, but has everything that one might need. A few extra linens would have been nice as I was short one sheet to make up a bed for one of the children.
The photos are true to what you will see when you arrive. The perfection of this location cannot be overstated; a very quick walk to the Tower Hill tube station and from there, all of London and beyond is within reach. Of course, the view is AMAZING and a delight for visitors enthralled with the history that London has to offer. I didn't mind the city noise as others have mentioned; I felt it was part of the charm of the place.
Jane was waiting for us on our arrival and had purchased a few grocery items for us, which was a lovely surprise after a long trans-Atlantic overnight flight, and much appreciated. We were happy with the Tesco market nearby, and the pub in the building was a fun atmosphere, however, the food left something to be desired!
The washing machine/dryer combo is VERY different from our North American machines and very SLOW. If you plan to do laundry, leave lots of time and plan to hang your clothes to dry and skip trying to work the dryer. I am happy to report as a mom of teenagers that the WiFi was excellent and all were thrilled with that.
We traveled to 4 countries on our journey and stayed in VRBO's each time, and of all of the owners, Martin was the most professional, prompt and responsive!
I would highly recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay again should I have the pleasure of returning to London in the future.

Amazing views and comfortable flat!
The pictures do not do the view justice - the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge are right outside of your windows! Tube stop was very close and the flat had everything we needed. The one slight downside is it's a bit noisy at night with street traffic but you're in a major city and that's to be expected. Would stay here again in a minute. We also ate at the Kitchen multiple times and really enjoyed great English food reasonably priced. The check in procedure was smooth and we were shown all around the flat. Very organized. Would recommend!
Lovely apartment in fabulous location
We had a wonderful three nights here at the start of a 5 week trip. It was a great place to start our holiday- having the lovely view onto the Tower of London and Tower Bridge was a real treat (it actually looks closer than in the photos). Jane met us on our arrival even though we were later than expected due to a delayed flight. She gave us the run down on all we needed to know about the apartment. The apartment is in a beautiful Edwardian building, was very clean, nicely decorated and has a full sized kitchen . And it was great to have some breakfast provisions so we did not need to shop for food when we arrived. The location is hard to beat- we walked across Tower Bridge to London Bridge; took an early morning walk to the Hungerford Bridge and visited a few pubs on the walk to Wapping and back through Rotherhithe. Martin was easy to deal with and replied promptly to enquiries. Highly recommended!

Activity and Interests
Located by the River Thames and directly opposite the Tower of London World Heritage site. From our location on leafy Trinity Square you have many transport options including Tower Hill underground station (tube) which is located on the same Square (a 2 minute walk!) Lots of buses stop close by to take you all over the capital. All major airports are within a 45 min transfer time and London City Airport is just 20 mins on the Docklands Light railway. Being located on the river guests have the option of romantic evening strolls and the Thames river boat services from Tower Pier. The immediate area is well served by hundreds of restaurants & bars and there are 3 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk for those who prefer to use our fully equipped kitchen to eat-in.
Other Activities: Across the street from the world famous Tower of London & all major London attractions easily accessible by public transport, walking, river boat, or bus.

- The apartment is quite spacious. The master bedroom has a large double bed with views out over the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the river. The lounge has a double sofa-bed, which suitable for 2 people and a further sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or two small children. In addition we can also arrange for 1 additional foldaway single bed to be placed in either the master bedroom (which is ideal for parents with young children) or in the lounge for an adult. For very small children we can also provide a small cot suitable for babies up to about 18 months/2 years of age.
