About this property

Directly on the beach, 2 story beachfront townhome. Sleeps 6. Just 10 steps to the white sandy beach. Relaxing and uncrowded neighborhood with only 5 units in our complex. 5 minute drive to Clearwater beach, Indian Rocks Beach. Lots of restaurants, putt putt golf, bike & kayak rentals, dolphin and fishing sightseeing tours.
The upstairs master bedroom, upstairs loft, great room and kitchen have spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The wide sandy beach is perfect for walking, shelling, building sand castles, floating, jet skiing or just relaxing. We have the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, beach toys & games.

Our great room has an extra large sectional and 55”smart tv. Great room opens to a private patio with seating directly on beach. The extra large comfortable kitchen has dine-in window seating on the beach front. Great for entertaining or relaxing. Plenty of counter space, full size side by side refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It’s complete with all dishes, glassware, pots & pans, blender, coffee pot, toaster, as well as all kitchen utensils you need. Attached to kitchen is a walk in pantry with washer & dryer as well. There is another separate dining table that seats 4 and overlooks the beach.

The spiral staircase takes you to the upstairs master bedroom and loft. You will have magnificent views of the ocean from the private balcony and bedroom. The master has king bed, chaise lounge, smart TV, dresser. Extra large bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, toilet. The upstairs loft has a brand new day bed (with trundle mattress). The downstairs bedroom has a queen and 1 twin and recently remodeled bathroom. There is a pack and play for toddlers as well.
Our private beach patio is the perfect place to start the morning and finish the day with a beautiful sunset. Patio table with 4 chairs and extra seating if you need. You will have a bbq grill to use near the patio. Our large heated pool is shared with only 4 other homes and is a great place to unwind or entertain.
The kitchen door opens to a side porch with outdoor shower to rinse all the sand off.
All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath & beach towels) are provided. We have 1 reserved private parking space that fits 2 cars/ suv's back to back.
This home has been in our family for over 50 years and we think you will love it as much as we have. We live in Tampa so we are close if you ever need anything. It has all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy. Just bring your bathing suit!

The Perfect Week

We found the location to be perfect in every way. We were close enough to enjoy what Clearwater had to offer but far enough away to have a very private setting. Highly recommend 10 steps to the Beach.

Belleair Comfy!

Location excellent. Property while dated offered convenient parking, Well maintained pool just outside the front of the unit and the Gulf just outside the large glass French doors at the back of the unit. Large comfortable living room with excellent large TV.

10 steps to the beach.

The house was perfect for a family vacation on the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys to use. The pool was very nice and heated. The beds were very comfortable. the house had plenty of room for our 5 adults and one 2 year old. The location was perfect to go to Clearwater or Madeira. We would rent this house again!

Cozy Beach Home!

We loved our stay! The home is exactly as described and pictured. Super cozy and functional, and really couldn’t be closer to the beach! I think we counted 10 steps from back patio to sand! The owner was as helpful as you could hope for and great to work with. We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 young kids) which felt about the perfect size for this home. We would happily return and would also highly recommend this property to others. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home and the Thanksgiving week memories our family will never forget!

10 steps away from our beautiful white sandy beach. Located on a quiet private beach but only minutes from the hustle bustle of Clearwater beach. Many activities within a 2 mile distance. Clearwater Beach is a 5 minute drive and was rated America's #1 beach for 2019, 2018 & 2016 by a well-known major travel website.

What makes this property unique

I love our location because our beach is private and usually pretty quiet. If you want to leave the peace and quiet, you are only a 5 minute drive to Clearwater Beach where you can find boat & jet ski rentals, restaurants, music and shopping by day and a fun night life.
